On the day of inspection, the inspector was not prepared. And I didn't receive a quote in a timely manner.

I have a 3-story townhome that requires a special ladder. I was insured the inspector would have it the day of. At - and not before - the scheduled time of inspection, though, I get a call from the inspector stating he doesn't have the proper ladder and his drone isn't working but can still come to look in the attic. Although he was able to come the next day with all of the right equipment, the inspector should have notified me before my original scheduled time.

Also, a week after inspection, I have to call to see about the status of the quote. The next day, I receive the quote. But the email doesn't have any text within it. No ""Thank you for considering us"" or ""Please see quote specifically tailored to your project"". Just an attached quote. In my opinion, not very professional.

Ramon with Reign roofing was amazing. I had a leak in one of my bedrooms after heavy rains all week. As soon as the rain broke, and it was safe, Ramon was able to quickly repair the leak. Not only did he do that, but he also inspected the rest of my roof and repaired anything he thought could be a potential problem in the future. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you Reign team!

We hired Reign Roofing for a roof replacement. They were professional and courteous the whole time. They worked with our insurance company on the storm claim and not only got our roof covered (minus our deductible of course) but also fence, windows, gutters and siding/painting. They listened to us and guided us through the whole process. After the roof installation they came back up and did some additional clean-up at our request and made sure we were happy before moving on. Each of the sub-contractors they used for the different repairs were just as professional and had high-quality workmanship. Communication was clear and timely. I highly recommend Reign Roofing.
