I live in the Pasadena Yacht & Country Club in Gulfport ( St. Petersburg) Florida. All the homes are multimillion-dollar properties that are mostly on the water. I met Mr. Reed (Reggie Sr.) and his son (Reggie Jr.) back in January of 2023 when I was interviewing the top roofers in the Tampa Bay area. He was recommended to me by my neighbor. Mr. Reed has decades of experience and their relatively new company comes with a lot of positive reviews. Most importantly was how I felt meeting Mr. Reed. I felt like he was family. The Reeds are a small family African American business that runs super efficient, eliminating a salesperson, a roof designer, a permit obtainer, and countless other positions that other roofers have on staff and make you pay for. Reggie Jr. utilizes all the modern systems to cut costs and he does it well. Mr. Reed was able to come $20,000 below the average bid and still utilize the finest quality roof tile, Gulf Eagle. I love my roof and support the Reed Family. Watching Mr. Reed, who is in his 60s go on top of my 3-story roof to oversee the work was awesome. Power to the old school. I will miss you guys a lot.

Reggie came to give me quote. He was an hour late. That was ok. He looked at the roof no measurements, no paper ,no pencil, no tape measure. Told me he would get back with a quote the next day. Well it's been a week now and I don't think I'll be hearing from Reggie.

Reggie Reed replaced on my home in Venice Florida last year. Recently, I discovered a roof leak and saw damage to my wall and ceiling in the garage. After numerous phone calls and messages over a period of 2 months, I finally received a visit from Reggie Reed. After he inspected the leak area, he told me his workmen should have installed flashing at the site of the leak and they would return the following week to make the repair. They never returned and now Reggie Reed Roofing does not return my telephone calls and messages.

Never shows up. Didn't close out permit. Didn't repair what was causing to fail inspection.
