I was told they were a good company. But their customer service sucks! The secretary cannot set up appointments and need to refer them to John. He is busy as heck and can't really give you a real appointment and always say we will need to adjust the appointment depending on the weather. Okay, that is fine but what is the appointment date? How can I commit and sign with you when you can't give me an actual appointment date. They would say, ""YES, will get to it."" Okay when John??? I call you, left messages after messages but you don't call back. If you are busy, maybe you need to hire someone else to help you? This is so unprofessional, you don't call back. I gave up. How are you going to get businesses and referrals? There are so many other great professional roofing companies around. I am sure all this will catch up to Revevig Roofing. If only the owner knows what is happening to his company.

We suspected a blocked drainpipe, but weren't sure. Cesar arrived slightly past the scheduled time block (very bad traffic). Came right in saw what damage had occurred inside, then went outside to figure it out. Within five minutes he had taken the drainpipe apart and found chunks of stucco clogging one of the curves in the drain pipe. Problem solved! He is a very nice man and gets right to the point in terms of getting the work done, even in the pouring rain. If we ever have issues with our flat roof (or drains!) again, we would gladly give them a call.

I had these guys do my roof because they were recommended to me. The roof got done but they never showed up for the final inspection. The inspector called them on a few things. When the guy came back to finish he must have been pissed off because he threw nails down my chimney. Then after the first rain the gutter tore off the house because they only used what seems to be 1 nail to hold the gutter on. Oh your not the gutter company? Well you subbed them buddy! Not recommended. Too many excuses.

I inquired with a bunch of roof repair companies because my skylight was leaking. These guys came out and inspected the roof and skylight and were honest with me. He instructed me to use caulking to line up the inner portion of the skylight and that it should be fixed. He determined that the roof was in good shape (we just moved in last year, so we didn't know the condition), and that we didn't need to spend big bucks on a repair. Instead, I paid $6 for some heavy duty caulking at the hardware store.

Just to add: They asked if I was comfortable with caulking the skylight before instructing me on what to do.

So in actuality, I didn't have an actual paid service from them, but they were honest, gave me a fix, and I didn't have to do any drastic repairs.

I had only great experiences with these guys! Yes, you have to leave a message but they call back and come out quickly. Their quote was half the price of another guy to patch a hole in our roof. Great guys to deals! Thank you!

I did not authorize these guys to repair the roof on a commercial building, as I went with Rivera Roofing instead. Regevig K Roofing does not pick up their phones. I never talked to an employee about the leak nor did I get an estimate.

Three weeks later, long after the rain had stopped, I received an invoice for $219 indicating they repaired 10' x 10' when it was in fact repaired weeks earlier, at a critical time when it rained, by Rivera Roofing. Regevig K Roofing took credit and charged me for a job they did not do.

Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

These guys are true professionals. I now can rest easier that my roof is finally water tight. After years of hassling with leaks and incompetent roofers, they finally fixed my problematic flat roof just in time for the rains to begin. I'm grateful to them that I now have peace of mind.
