J G.My mother needed to have some loose shingles and flashing fixed. Todd came out and gave her a very reasonable quote and fixed everything on the spot. She was very pleased with the service and highly recommends Regent Roofing!
Patricia B.We used Regent Roofing in 2017 and found their work to be quite substandard. They damaged a window, brick, gutters and our satellite dish. Their installers attempted to remove the dish by brute force apparently. Our DirectTV service guy found the dish bent, attached to the roof with roofing nails and caulk. He'd never seen anything like it and took a video. The dish also happened to be swaying in the wind with our cars parked on the driveway below.
Regent Roofing offered excuses for everything and quite little in repairs. I met with their gutter repair guy to go over ALL the items i'd discussed with the Regent sales guy. The gutter repair guy was here approximately 15 minutes to do the work as he didn't have the same opinion as i regarding the damage - one of the items was a crushed gutter going underground. I inquired if he'd repaired that and he answered affirmatively.
We had landscaping redone in 2018 and the plants in the area of the gutter repair died. My landscaper came back to investigate and discovered the gutter repair guy hadn't attached the piece he'd replaced to the portion of gutter underground. If we have foundation issues i will be contacting Regent Roofing.
I've been intending to write this review for quite some time. Given the recent gutter discovery and recent hail storms i felt compelled to warn TX homeowners regarding this company.
