We are more than happy to endorse REGAN ROOFERS (serving CA and NV) for any roofing work. We thought the team was fantastic from start to finish. For us, it was the quality, conscientiousness, caring enough to do a great job for their customers, follow through, reliability, and much more. Following the last rains, our ceiling started to drip, and we noticed a foot long warped crack in the ceiling and knew we needed to do something right away. We made a call, and gratefully, they turned up much quicker than we expected. They quickly identified an air vent as the source of the leak and mentioned it had been repaired poorly in the past (before our time). They came prepared with everything they thought they might need. They paid great attention to carefully removing the roof tiles without any damage. They energetically removed and replaced all the soaked wood and dissolving tarpaper. In fact, they replaced them with higher-quality materials with particular attention to closing off the air vent leak. I'm sure they did much more than we are aware of because we're not roofers. They had a great attitude and work ethic and communicated throughout the process as to what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what they were doing. We were proud of their work, and they were obviously proud of their work. The job was a quick 4.5 hours with complete cleanup. Another important aspect is they took great care in ensuring all of the tiles remained uncracked and put back in place beautifully. This is a company we highly recommend!!

Absolute worst!! If you want to find the absolute worst company in roofing here it is. Unethical, poor communication, lack of morals, price gagging, etc. Your worst nightmare will be realized.

Regan Roofing came out today and repaired my upper deck and they did an OUTSTANDING job!!! They were quick, very friendly and professional. They also cleaned up like they were never there...I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. I HIGHLY recommend them for more than just your roofing needs.

Regan roofing has been the worst customer service I have ever had. They caused a leak in our roof and came and fixed it The roof The significant leak caused damage in the roof and Lee told us that they would come back and paint the ceiling when it dried. My sister and I have been calling Lee and His wife for a complete year and they have told us every time that he would be over here the next week to paint the ceiling. The ceiling has not been painted and he has lied every single time we have called. We just want him to do what he told us he would do. I have never written a review like this, but just thought everyone should know this can happen. 803-760-6046

Everything with this company went amazing. The roofing installation was done quick and their team of roofing specialists were always available to answer all of our questions.

The customer service was great throughout the whole process. I scheduled an estimate over the phone and received confirmation that Mike Regan would be coming by the next day. I received the estimate within a couple days and it was very thorough and informative. The estimate included pricing and the information on material the roof needed. The estimate included different options of material and color of shingles. Mike was my point of contact and he oversaw the whole project. Mike was very friendly and answered all my questions. The roof installers did a great job too.

Wow. Just called Regan Roofing to ask for emergency tarping services because I have a roof leak into my HVAC closet for my townhouse. The woman who answered, Jan, was very nice and picked up quickly. The very first question I asked her was if they provided emergency services 24-7 (which their website says it does) and if they were working today, Friday December 31, 2021. She then proceeded to tell me they would charge $450 to do an emergency tarp on my flat roof. I indicated I was a senior citizen, and did they offer senior citizen discounts. She then told me she had to transfer me to the owner, Kelly so I could discuss with him. Asked for my address and put me on hold for a few minutes. Came back on line to tell me ""we don't tarp flat roofs"". Sure would have been nice of them to tell me that from the beginning. So, if you have an adobe style home with a flat roof, don't waste your time with this company. Or maybe they don't like senior citizens? Who knows but I wanted to warn others. BEWARE.

I had a small job - just 4 slipped tiles on our garage roof that needed to be secured. Other roofers either didn't bother to give me a quote or quoted about $500 (the lowest quote). Josh came out to give us a quote, saw how small the job was and just did it for us without charge. I'm still amazed. They've got my future business!

After reading several good reviews in the process of getting a quote to fix our fascia and slipping roof tiles, and possible flashing around vents, etc.), Josh Juntal came out. We were surprised. He did not bring a ladder and never went on the roof! It took a week to get a quote, which was high, considering that it didn't even include any actual work on the roof itself, just the fascia and hip rafter. It was apparent he ither didn't want the job, or he thought we were an easy hit. Lazy service. I would never hire.
