I used this Company 3 years ago for my Roof Leaks. They were referred from a friend.
First of all, I had three Companies come out to give me bids. They were the only company that went in my attic to check out where all the leaks were. I felt very comfortable with them and was very satisfied.
This last rain, I had a leak in the same area that had gotten fixed before. They came out and decided to do all the work for free.
Come to find out that the leak was in a different area then what they originally fixed. No problem.
They did the work anyway. Very nice people to work with.

Horrible, scheduled with them when it was raining for an active roof leak. They first said they would be out that day, then it changed to maybe today or tomorrow. They never called, never showed so I called after 2 business days to ask when they would be doing the work. They gave empty excuses, basically saying they forgot about me. No communication while I watched water poor in the house, and they knew it. They showed ZERO care for the situation.

Extremely happy with the job Regan Roofing did replacing tile roof. Came out when scheduled. Very competitive bid that was received very quickly after estimate appointment. Workers were polite and easy to communicate with. Cleaned up each day. Job was completed in less than designated time.
Their written proposal was by far one of the best we have ever received. Clear, concise and comprehensive. Each aspect listed as line item, not in a paragraph that we had to read and decipher to know exactly what it was and how much. There were fewer possibilities of extra charges.

I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for my appointment. I had to beg them to even take me as a client. They said they are being very selective about which jobs they want to take because they are getting so many calls so they only want to take the higher price jobs. Well I waited the 2 1/2 weeks and they never showed up. Mike Regan, who was suppose to come out said I was never on the schedule and he never showed up. I had been emailing him about estimates and the date that he was suppose to show up was right there in the email with the time. He lied by saying that he did not know about the appointment. I think it wasn't worth enough for him to show up. He could have at least been honest from the start instead of stringing me along and leaving me high and dry. Shame on Mike Regan an Regan Roofing.

Regan Roofing installed our Cabana roof and we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work, desire to please their customers and flexibility in scheduling the job. We used two different roof tile manufactures to obtain the best color match to our existing house roof and Regan Roofing reviewed the two tile types to insure they could mix brands. Our roof consists of 3 different colors as well and Roberto insured the pattern and the same amounts of each color were used to match the existing roof perfectly. We would recommend Regan roofing as a well managed business for your roofing needs.

j just had a metal roof installed in RAINBOW where we are in a10 fire zone. wouldn't usually get excited about a roof but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new roof and the crew were beyond belief.This whole experience was one I remember badly 25 years ago with another company and what a surprise, except for a weather glitch it went perfect from start to finish. I'm in withdrawal today because Scott and eddy and dan aren't here anymore, thanks you all...special people. if you need a new roof call these people, you won't regret the decision. Dona

I usually don't give reviews but this company deserves the highest rating. We've called 5 different roofing companies and Regan is the only one that have responded to our request. Pierre is a great person that did our estimate and went beyond in repairing our roofing issues. It is nice to know that there are still good and honest people who care about doing the job done correctly.

The company was referred to me from my realtor for a home I just purchased. Talked to Dan on the phone and was able to get an appt scheduled within a few days and even look at my home inspection results by e-mail before coming. He was able to get everything fixed for me on the same day. He even took pictures of everything fixed on the roof to compare with my home inspection pictures. Also took the time too explain everything too me and things too watch out for the future. Will definitely call them again if I have any issues and would recommend there services.
