His crew of roofers are very focused and stays on task. They communicated to me that if I had any questions at all I could ask. They did not show up at scheduled time nor did they call. They said they showed up but we were there and so we know, obviously, this is not true (or they arrived late and didnt bother to reach out). So apparently their phone or fingers didnt work as they could not call us or communicate. Its so hard to find reliable contractors but step one is to communicate, and if this company cant do that then how will they be during the job. As a property manager, I had to pass on this company as unreliable.

Ezekiel provided competitive quotes on both homes requiring new roofs. Although the scheduled window occurred during the months from November through December 2019. Wet weather played a part and Regal Roofing managed to timely protect our roof throughout. His crew were courteous and professional. Engaged my involvement on the scope of work and we immediately contacted each other if questions were raised. Ezequiel and brother handled our needs very professionally. We were very impressed with how conscientious they were, from the initial bid to how thorough they were with cleaning the valleys, replacing cement tiles and damaged flashings, and making recommendations about how to make our cement tile roof last longer... We have a 3 year warranty on the leak repair and a 2 yr warranty on tiles replaced. We recommend them wholeheartedly!
