Homeownwe beware, this company engaged in fraudulent ""quotes"" and will harass you every step of the way. Let them take three weeks to repair their damage to your siding though. Would never recommend.

The April 2021 hailstorm in Georgia wreaked severe damage on our home and roof. Several companies came out to inspect our property, but none of them followed through like REGAL ROOFING, Kennesaw, GA. Regal employs some of the best customer service professionals in the business. The level of service provided by SAMUEL SEWELL was second to none. Without his persistence, professionalism and high attention to detail during each and every phase of the process, our roofing project would never have happened. Thank you so much, Samuel and Justin. We appreciate everything you did for us, and we love our new roof!!!

Samuel was very helpful and friendly in assisting us with replacing our roof after a hail storm. They were clear in their communication and finished the job efficiently. They also came back out to fix a few shingles that hadn't settled quite right. Would recommend!

Brad Stusak at Regal Restoration & Consulting did an AMAZING job in advising, processing, and diligently following up with my insurance company (Allstate) and me to provide some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. ALLSTATE was TERRIBLE about approving my claim for my damaged roof with discountinued shingles (Atlas Chalet). OTHER roofing companies had poorly advised me on how to handle the process and frankly, they made many mistakes that led to claim denials (yes, pural). It was downright demoralizing and I had nearly given up until a friend recommended Brad at Regal. He was in touch at all the right moments to ensure our new claim would be approved. He and his team were consummate professionals and the quality of work completed on our new architectural shingle roof is GREAT. I learned the hard way that not all restoration companies have the same level of knowledge and expertise -- REGAL is the ONLY one I recommend! Thank you Brad and team for helping us finally get our home RESTORED!!!

Regal is the worst company to use. There employees are not trained and the final product that they deliver is terrible. If you are in need of a new roof, I would recommend that you really do your homework. Regal pretends to be friendly and honest until a real issue is in front of them and then they backtrack on their previous promises and turn to lying to cover up the mess they have created. We are now left with not only an eyesore or a roof but a roof that will cost double to fix properly. Do not use this company.

During the past year, at least 15 representatives from roofing companies rang my doorbell, told me my shingles were defective, and offered to fix my roof at a discount. Since the trustworthiness of roofers in general is lower than it is for any groups except used car salesmen and congress people, I ignored each offer.

Then, Colleen from Regal Restoration Services in Kennesaw rang my doorbell with a different pitch. She explained that since the kind of shingles on my roof had developed so many problems, they were no longer manufactured. Since they were no longer manufactured, there was no way to replace them with a similar style. Because of this, some insurance companies were willing to replace the entire roof for just the cost of the deductible. She offered a free inspection to determine if we were eligible.

We set up the inspection, Nick checked out the roof, said he believed there were enough damaged shingles to make us eligible, and asked what we wanted to do.

We went to the Internet, Angies List, friends, and neighbors to check out our shingles and Regal. We learned that we wouldn't be able to sell our house without replacing the shingles. We found that though Regal is a relatively new company, its management has many years of experience. We also discovered that the reviews for Regal were better than for most roofers, and so we decided to give Regal a try. It's a good thing we did.

Nick and the construction team were on time for every appointment, answered questions I had about roofs that no one else ever had, and completed the job -- and clean up -- on our 2000 square-foot roof in a day.

Today, we have a new roof for the cost of our insurance deductible. This never would have happened without the considerable knowledge, skill, and experience Nick has in working with insurance companies.

I don't know whether roofers in general deserve a bad reputation, but I know that Regal could not be better, more professional, or more pleasurable to work with and that's saying something. I don't know many people who describe replacing their roof as a pleasure.
