The roof looks nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about them. Dustin has very shady business practices. He needs your insurance check up front before he will order materials. Then after the new roof is on, he will tell you that you had multiple spots that had to be repaired and will charge you a lot for those non-requested and unapproved services. When it rained shortly after our roof was installed, we had a significant leak. Our previous roof never had any leaks. When I told Dustin about this leak, it took over a month for someone to come out and look at the leak, then another couple of weeks to fix the leak. There were damages to the inside ceiling from the leak. Dustin made multiple promises to fix it, but never showed up. That was over a year ago...
