I just moved into a trailer on my parent's property. My Dad had some work on his home in the past with Refined Roofing. He called them to price out a deck for my trailer. Mark Shoemate was the salesman and he was great to work with. He stayed in touch as they worked on the deck. The actual workers Chris, Luis and Cory were Outstanding and hardest workers ever! No words can describe how great Chris is, he's family to us now. He kept us updated and he even had to pick up our materials for the deck when it wasn't delivered on time. I felt bad for Chris and the team when they found out that the ""ordering department"" didn't order my railing on time, poor Chris and he's team had to hold our project until whoever orders the rails comes in. But once the rails came in Chris was here and worked he's magic. Got it done! We couldn't be any happier! We will refer Refined Roofing, Fullerton to anyone looking for work to be done. Again, can't say Thank you enough to Chris for all he's hard work! If we need anymore work, Refined Roofing is the only ones we will work with! Thank you everyone that worked on our decking! 100% Satisfied!!!

We got several quotes and decided to use Refined Roofing and don't regret it. Very informative and helpful during the whole process. There was some additional cost for wood replacement, but we knew that going in. The crew was very nice, and worked all day this summer in blazing hot conditions, including Saturday. They showed up on time, every day at 7am ( if you have dealt with contractors before, you know it can be a problem). I would highly recommended talking to them for your roofing needs.

I contacted Refined Roofing for a solution to my eaves and fascia issues on my home.
I contacted many roofing contractors for a long lasting solution with no real answers.
Mike suggested I use a Certainteed Vinyl product with excellent roof and soffit ventilation characteristics. Cory and Chris the installation specialists did a fantastic and timely job. The eaves and fascia should have years of protection from the elements. Many thanks to Mike and his team !

This past year the rain took its final punch at our roof and brought on a leak. In a panic I put out some feelers through Yelp and Angie's List and so began the disappointments. I set up several appointments for an inspection and good grief... from terrible phone skills to sales scare tactics onsite... I went through it all from so many licensed businesses. I had drone inspections, ladder inspections, small ladder roof line inspections, to someone that didn't bring a ladder and eyeballed a quote to me. I'm a car salesperson of 15 plus years and have seen so much in my line of business. Scaring someone into a repair is so low.

I was referred to Refined Roofing from a friend. I had no expectations other than to be let down. I spoke to Mike over phone and had a very friendly conversation. Appointment was set, showed up on time, and had a ladder, walked the roof, took photos and sent us a quote on the product we selected. Based on my prior quotes this was a more than fair quote. We shook hands over the phone. I got financed for a portion and paid rest in cash.

The job... super nice crew came out and stripped the roof and made repairs for inspections. The dirt and discarded materials was an eyesore for a few hours on the ground but when done my place was spotless. A day or so later the inspection was completed the roof was handled by a different crew. They were so kind and a courteous and really took pride in completing the job. Final inspections took place and it was all over. We are so happy with the final outcome.

I want to thank Mike, Jeff, Hunter, the crew that helped out on this job! This crew takes a great deal of pride in making sure you're happy and the job is done right ! I would hire this group if I needed help with another job. Refined Roofing .... So much more than we ever expected. Thank you very much!

On November 29, 2023, the representative from Refined came to my home. We discussed our den roof and he indicated we had a couple of options and that he likely needed his boss to come and give his opinion.

I waited for a call back and waited. Nothing. So 2 weeks go by and I call the office. I spoke to a nice woman, explained my issue and that I never got a call back from the ""boss"". She informed me she would check on it and call me back.

Again, no call. I can't believe this is the way you do business? Even if the answer is ""this is outside our expertise"" at least I would have had an answer. But crickets is not the way.

I am not someone who writes reviews on Yelp - but for Refined Roofing, I knew I had to make an exception. We were really in a tough situation this year when, as a result of the hurricane and inclement weather here in SoCal, our roof sustained significant damage. Water was actively leaking into our home, our home insurance company was threatening to pull our policy, it was a very stressful time.

Mike and his team moved in quickly, and simply got the job done. Mike made an effort to personally come by at the end of every day, to check in with his team and make sure the job was progressing as expected. He took before and after photos and sent them to us throughout the week, so we knew exactly what was being worked on and when. Finally (and maybe most importantly, in an industry where so many companies are overcharging): we felt he was one of the only companies we spoke to that was completely fair, honest and transparent with their pricing.

We would definitely recommend Refined Roofing to our friends and family. 5-Stars.

A couple of months ago Refined Roofing fixed a leak on our roof after the winter storms we had. They were prompt with their response to my consultation request. Within the week, they came to the house to assess the problem area. They were on-time, professional, and their bid comparable to other quotes. We hired them and they were able to complete the project in half a day. They did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely.
During the entire process- from consultation to job completion- I found it was very easy to communicate with their manager, Veronica. She was very kind & helpful. Overall, a great experience.

The refined roofing team did a great job for home! From start to finish. They showed up on time for the initial meeting to survey and quoted me on the spot. The pricing was very reasonable. And they executed the job completely without hassles. There was one broken roof tile what wasn't readily available. They ordered it and came back out to install even though it took a couple of weeks for the tile to come in. They did this even though they were paid in full prior to the arrival of the tile. The owner of this establishment is very honorable and insisted on charging me only after the job was 99% done. And Veronica, the coordinator, was with me every step of the way. She clearly communicated all aspects of the job and confirmed appointments. She also got me pictures of all the work that was done upon completion for my records. Top notch company! Would definitely hire them again for any roof work! Thank you Refined Roofing Team!
