This place is a nightmare... I have ordered on several occasions. NEVER is the order ready when I arrive. I call, pre-pay over the phone, and ask when will this be ready for pick up. When I go there at the time they indicated, that is when they process payment even though I have given them the info over the phone... even the expiration and security code... So you may as well just walk right up there and place an order at the counter, because calling ahead does not do you any good whatsoever... Be prepared to sit idling in one of the pick up lines for at least an hour... that is the quickest I have ever gotten out of there... I believe they will go busted, or run it into the ground and sell out before too long. I see NO management there at all.

Gave one star because the sales job worked. After that, nothing worked! Was quoted a price for installation but after parts were delivered the quote doubled. So got private contractor. During the installation found parts for different sized buildings. When trying to contact business then stopped answering my calls. Very much disappointed!
Long story short-buyer beware. Do not believe the sales pitch. Do not believe they stand behind their products.
