Very unprofessional and rude. The staff didn't listen and kept cutting me off on the phone and repeatedly kept hanging up. Once I was finally able to set up a final date for an estimate, the guy didn't even show up. I had to take off work so this was a huge waste of time and money. Do not do business with them and do not waste your time and money. Terrible company.

BEWARE: BAIT AND SWITCH
I warn all individuals to think twice about using Reed Roofing. They tell you they will put the cost of a ""quote"" towards the actual work they perform; however, once you have the quote they refuse to honor that agreement unless you get a much more expensive service. They quoted $500 but then changed it to $3300 if I wanted to get my quote fee honored. Additionally, their correspondences were unpleasant at times and they harassed my real-estate agent when they didn't get payment from me when they wanted.
Not professional, I would not even contact them.

They treated us with respect and helped guide us to an affordable and quality roof decision. The crew showed up to stack the roof and worked all day to try to get the roof completed. They knew rain was expected early the next day so the crew showed up before the sun came up and worked non stop to finish our roof right before the rain started. It felt like they went above and beyond to get it done quickly for us. We were so grateful and relieved to have a dry house so we could move forward with our construction in a timely manner. What a great experience. And it looks great! House is bone dry and we have had plenty of rain to test it out!

I gave a one star only because I had to mark something. My HOA uses them but they don't seem very good. In DEC during heavy rains I had a leak.. not only upstairs but somehow it was coming through my living room. I could feel the wet walls in my bathroom and even pointed out I could tell it was running down that wall. Had water flowing out of a light fixture in the upstairs bedroom.
They blamed it on a clogged drain pipe on the roof and left it. In addition, stated there was no way it would leak in my downstairs.
Last week, heavy rains, ALL the same spots leak. I called the HOA of course they sent out Reed again(week after I complained). The guy was on the roof a total of 15 mins. Said he put down a little sealant and that there was a pipe that looked to run between the walls it could be where the leak in the living room woot maybe they final did something.
No. next night.. heavy rain! Light fixture is leaking and living room is flooding! Haven't ran any water in the condo in over 24hrs.. explain how it is doing this if it is not leaking from the room to down the wall?
Seriously I suggest you try a different roofer at this point. Oh, they don't seem to respond on weekend either..guess it never rains/leaks on weekends.
Edit on 3/2: I was told they were showing up on 2/28. I called and left a message stating if they needed in my unit please call me back and let me know since I was only available for certain times in the AM. NO CALL... I figure they didn't want in or to talk to me since I was obvisiouly upset. 7:30 AM on 2/28 3 men knocking at my door to see the leaks while I am showering. Luckly, my friend came down from LA since he does construction work and was tired of them jerking me around. After 5mins on the roof they drove off without a word.. NOTHING. later I got an email from my HOA saying they would be out on 3/1 to repair the roof and would not need in the condo. 3/1 I got an email updating me they would return to finish on 3/2. Nothing further was said or requested. 3/2 7:45 am one of the guys is knocking on my door asking what time later would I or someone be around so they could do the leak test. Leak Test? no one told me and 8am in the morning is a bit late to make arrangements for that day. Told him to tell his boss to communicate with the customer and advise me of a date and time later in the week. I will update as I have more info.
