We had an extremely positive experience working with Redwood roofing. We need to replace a flat roof and get a few quotes from different companies. Redwood offered the most reasonable pricing with a very detailed plan. Ellison is very patient with all my questions and thinks in our shoes.

Ellison and his crew are very efficient. It only took one day to get the entire roof replaced. The team is very experienced, meticulous, and proud of their work. They took care of all the details and finishes, and the new roof seems high quality. I will update the post after the next rainy season.

Overall, highly recommend Redwood roofing.

The chimney cap of our house fell off and we got a few guest visitors (yep, pigeons!) down our chimney. We reached out to Redwood and Ellison promptly responded. He came out to visit our place on the day of (!), to provide a confirmed quote, and offered pricing and recommendations on different options and tiering of repairs. Eventually, we got a great quote for not only replacing the chimney cap but the entire chimney including the crown, the cover, etc.!

Ellison was able to schedule a follow-up visit with his team within the week and we got a new chimney within a few hours! Throughout the process, Ellison was always reachable, patient, and addressed our questions and concerns promptly! Would definitely call them up again if we ever need roofing-related services!

I've read all of the other reviews on Yelp, which are all 5 stars, and can confirm that I had the same consistent experience described by others. Ellison was quick to connect about my inquiry, he answered all of my questions thoroughly, and he turned an estimate around quickly. The estimate was not the lowest, but my personal experience is that you get what you pay for and I never take the lowest bid on anything. Having said that, I thought Ellison's bid was very competitive and I'm even happier about the price after experiencing the quality of work that I received for the price.

I found the roofing team to be extremely good and meticulous. I was particularly pleased and amazed to be able to watch the work they did in a light well outside my kitchen window as I was sure it reflected what I was certain was happening on my roof. It did!

Ellison, did two small extra things for me as a courtesy, which I greatly appreciated. His team determined that several feet of wood was beginning to be compromised (vs. it was rotted) and offered to apply the roofing materials to protect it. Ellison also engaged with my contractor who is slated to remodel our master bathroom in a few weeks and they coordinated on the location and installation of a whole and an air escape (my layman's words) for a ceiling fan.

I, too, received detailed pics of my roof following Ellison's assessment, as well as photos after the job was completed. I was also invited up on the roof at the end to check it out myself, which I did. It was amazing.

If you meet Ellison and are slightly uncertain about him or his team, put that aside. You will not be disappointed.
