Their price might be good but you'll pay in the long run. You might get lucky and have an easy roof for them to repair / install. Amateur workers that do a half ass job or have no clue how to do the job. Your roof will leak prematurely and getting them to repair under their so call warranty is a joke. If they don't want to honor their warranty they'll just ignore your call / messages. Unorganized, poor service, poor management, poor customer service and poor workmanship. Go with a good reputable company and pay the extra cost. It's very likely you will be disappointed with red's roofing and their service. This has been their norm for numerous years and will not change. Mark is running the business now and he has not changed. He's shady and wants to half ass fix the problems that will likely fail. You'd think by now they would get their heads out of their butts and do their job correctly the first time to avoid reviews like this.

Very horrible customer service! Called to have an estimate done. Left my information with the owner. Said someone would call me BEFORE they come out. Received a call back from a different man who had my info from the owner, but was calling me about a different clients problem. Told him was my info but wrong problem and we already had ours fixed. No big deal. Ended up having the job fixed by someone else since we needed done ASAP. Also called and left message that work was completed no need to come out before the guy had even called me back. Received a phone call at 8 am the next morning from a man yelling at me that he made a special trip to my house, but the job was complete. I tried to apologize for the miss communication (even though on my end I told his employee the day prior AND left him a message). He proceeded to yell and scream and hang up on me. If that is how potential customers are treated this company will never receive our buissness nor will we ever be recommending to others.

Red's Roofing came out and secure the edge tile all around my home because the developer didn't do a good job, well Red's Roofing Failed too Ive had edge tiles fall off the roof because the were not properly securely nailed in place. Also I tried to get them back out here to fix the problem along with some new work mike the owner would never call me back, and when he finally did call back he was rude with me on phone.

Put a 22k roof on my house last summer which immediately leaked in buckets once it rained. Came out to fix it, but it leaked in the next rain too. Not just drips, torrents! Turns out Reds did the job so improperly we have to take this new roof off and put down another new one. Reds has not apologized or oftered to return a dime. This roof, and the damage it has done to the interior of our house has forced us to sell the house at a huge discount, and now try to sue Red's and somehow get some money back. Avoid this company!!
