Other contractor never showed up prior to the storm. I had to put an emergency fix myself. I told Redline what happened over the phone. Justin came out to inspect the temporary repair anyway. Wow, this is exceptional professionalism.

Well let's start off by saying Scott is a stand up business man. Before I left a review on this company I called Scott and he solved the problems that we were having an issue with. With that being said I chose to go with a different company due to the lack of interest and communication I was receiving from one of his sales guys. So as far as workmanship goes I can not comment on that.

To give the base line I dropped a tree on my house on august 11th, Myrick came out on the 12th shrugged it off as a small project no big deal said insurance wasn't gunna need to get involved $3000 to fix my roof and the insulation. (he did not even get on our roof to do a detailed inspection) said the job would be done in just a few weeks. Perfect great. My luck, we have bad weather for the next 10 days. Anyways they have material dropped off. Come to find out it's the wrong material another delay. They come out to fix the roof and they tear some shingles off and start their construction and I get some pics through text saying this is turning out to be a big fix we need to get insurance involved. ($21,000 to be close) I understand you can't see everything below the surface and stuff comes up but the pictures I received you could clearly see something was wrong (where the shingles were not removed) that Myrick Would've found if he were to get on the roof. So this rocks on and October 17th he was still trying to get a price to upgrade windows. Finally on Oct 28 I found a new contractor because my roof wasn't fixed.

I do believe Redline would've gained our business if Myrick would've been more concerned and did his job instead of washing us off. A little communication goes a long way. I don't feel as if I should have to reach out to the sales guy to get and update.
