I strongly advise against hiring Chris from Redlands Remodeling. I hired them to renovate multiple areas of my home, with a signed contract stating the work would be completed by March 3rd, 2025. I felt very manipulated by him when he requested the third installment of the payment ahead of schedule, assuring me it was necessary to complete the job. However, after receiving the third installment, he completely abandoned the project when it was only ~50% complete. Even with the tasks he states he completed, it was poor quality. For example, we asked him to remove the popcorn from the ceilings and paint the ceilings. He removed the popcorn in a poor standard and the joint cracks are very visible on the ceiling as he did not finish patching and painting the area.

Since then, he has stopped showing up, has not answered phone calls or messages, and has left my home in an unfinished state. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for contractual obligations have been incredibly frustrating.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and have no accountability. I regret ever hiring them.

The rep was very unprofessional. He sent a vague estimate and wanted me to approve and sign the estimate without providing any details on the type of materials and or anything. Very skeptical in my opinion

I worked with Redlands Remodel on a Gutter Screen project. They did the job on time, and within the quoted budget. Although the job was a bit larger than anticipated, and took a little longer to complete, they stuck to their original quoted price, and did not hit me with cost impacts. That's an honorable business practice that most contractors don't take into consideration. The materials used are top-notch, and the fabrication of finished product looks great.
