UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE:
As you can see in the reply below, the company is choosing to hide behind the notion that the warranty is, despite no documentation having been provided saying as much, non transferable. In any event, warranty or not I think the images and the fact that multiple areas of water intrusion are occurring within two years of installation speaks clearly about the craftsmanship provided by this company. Perhaps they sent the ""B Team"" because they knew the house was on the market when they installed the roof and they would wash their hands of the lack of quality upon sale?

Pretty wild. And just for the record, I'm a lifelong Florida resident who is quite aware of the weather the roof has been exposed to. Absolutely no weather-related damage occurred...these were installation defects as pictured. Wind and rain didn't leave a litany of exposed nails. That's craftsmanship, or more accurately lack of craftsmanship that has been compounded by lack of accountability.
You're correct though, Nobody wants to work for free. That's why people strive to provide quality the first time and if a mistake or oversight occurs, they make good on their obligation to provide a quality product. Your family owned business is harmed not by 1 star reviews. It is harmed by 2 year old roofs you install springing multiple leaks. And I haven't taken the time to leave this review with the hope you'd make good on your obligation. I'm writing this so families are aware when spending 10's of thousands of dollars that they can reasonably expect two problem free years before multiple areas begin leaking. Maybe they'll even be lucky and the warranty expectation will be honored and they'll get to play whack-a-mole with roof repairs until they give up and pay 10s of thousands of dollars more for a complete reroof. What a headache.

If you see a red truck, you may just be outta luck. Read the (up until this point nonexistent) fine print!

Stay away from this company. They will lie and deceive just to get the job and later not do what the entire job. They quoted me for my entire roof then left a section because they say is not part of the roof, but never lowered the price since they accounted for the square footage of that area. Also they told me i would get a wind mitigation and after they were done the only way to get a wind mitigation is if i give them a 5 star review, so i guess i wont be getting one and thats how they have any 5 star reviews probably never really done a 5 star job.

The roofing job was average. Dealing with this company, however, was another story. I signed a contract with them based on them telling me they would handle everything from beginning to end. There were multiple things they let fall through the cracks from filing the permit to providing information requested. The roofing materials sat on my roof and in my driveway for a month before they actually completed the job. When I requested a copy of the invoice to see all the things they were trying to charge for, I was told they only had to provide it to my insurance company and if I didn't tell my agent to release the final check they were going to place a lien on my property. They bent my eave vents in multiple places to put the shingles in place and then left them that way. The gaps were big enough for small animals or birds to crawl in. When I asked them to come back and fix them, the site manager tried to blame the hurricane for their condition - which was clearly not the case.

Our roof was lost during hurricane Ian and Red Truck was by far , the most responsive , reasonably priced and reliable vendor that we have dealt with. Justin replies to a Facebook plea for someone to give an estimate and a few week later , we have a beautiful new roof. Quality work, highly recommend .

I am unbelievably sad to write this report. At first, this company was super responsive and reliable. Problem came after they were paid. I totally did not notice ( as i am not a contractor) that the lafders used to install the roof bent my rain gutters. A neighbor, who used to be a contractor, told me about it. When I contacted Red Roof, Randy, basically accused me of lying. I am so angry. I have been so amicable and just want them to fix what they broke. So sad!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Red Truck Roofing recently installed a new roof at my house. I can't say enough wonderful things about the company and the experience. Having no roofing knowledge, it was overwhelming getting quotes from other companies and trying to figure out what I wanted/needed. Once I got in touch with Red Truck Roofing, Gunner Heard made sure the process was super easy and helped me select a roof that fits all my needs. He was a wonderful communicator throughout the entire process and always took my calls (even late at night and on weekends) whenever I had a question about anything. They installed the roofing all in one day and their crew was extremely respectful of my property and left the property better than they found it.

If you need a roof, you NEED to use Red Truck Roofing. They proved to me why they are the best in Tampa Bay.

I highly recommend red truck roofing. They can on the scheduled date for my installation. The head guy noticed quickly the shingles their supplier delivered were not the color they ordered and had them swapped out same days and my roof done in the scheduled time frame. They cleaned up their mess and when they left it was like they were never there, except for the obvious beautiful new roof !!!! They came recommended by a friend and I'm glad I went with them.
