The project manager came out and assessed the damage, explained the scope of the work that was needed and delivered a fair estimate. On the day of service, the project manager and crew arrived on time and were extremely thorough and very professional! They came out, looked at everything, and gave us an honest assessment. The attic fan was an easy repair and they did it in a way that future replacements would be easier. One of the updates they straight out told us that it isn't worth the cost at this time, unless it's that important to us, and another repair they gave us a good ballpark number for a down the road project.
All in all, they were timely, efficient, polite, and seemed very honest. As we got their info from a friend who also had a fabulous experience, we were not surprised by how great they were.
