Marilyn H.Red Sky installed a metal roof on my rental property. They provided a clear written estimate and schedule. I had lots of questions about the metal roof and they patiently answered all my questions, backed up their answers with pictures. They performed on schedule and on budget. Most important to me, their professionalism alleviated my concern for my tentants' comfort and safety during this job. They did the whole roof in one day. I drove by twice that day so I could see how a metal roof gets installed...very interesting. And the workmen were courteous and happy to explain their process and made sure I understood that their boss had been by to review their findings after the old roof was removed and to approve their moving forward. Red Sky Roofing's tight, well run business process made me a grateful customer.
I appreciate the professionalism and dedication along with the quality of service! If you are looking for a roofing company give them a call! You won't be disappointed, I know we are completely satisfied. They tore off and replaced the roof in a single day quite impressive to see.
If you can find another roofer, we urge you to bypass Red Sky, mainly due to their customer service, or lack of. We engaged with them in June of 2021 to replace a section of roof. They told us they were busy and would get to us hopefully in August sometime. Fair enough, we understood. On occasion, we would call to ask for a status and they never answered the phone. After a repeated lack of response, we emailed to ask when to expect them. We finally received an email where we were told we need to be patient and that that they still didn't have an ETA. We were simply asking for an update, not telling them to hurry. We just needed an update as we had other projects to coordinate. The tone of that email was very unfriendly. They finally came on August 31. The two workers did an okay job, but after they left, we discovered a significant flaw. We took photos and emailed them to the office.
The head guy (Troy) then called and seemed incredulous that we would be asking for them to fix something. He said that we had told the roofers ourselves would fix issues. Like really??? The owner then accused us of lying. It was surreal and obviously put us on the defensive. Thankfully we had not yet paid. The workers did come back and fixed what they could, but it left a very bad taste in our mouth. We have never had the head of a company treat us so disrespectfully. Wish we had looked at the reviews before choosing Red Sky. Go with another company if you can, unless you enjoy being treated poorly and left wondering for months when they will get to you!
We recently had our roof replaced by Red Sky Roofing. The crew came early in the morning and worked hard almost all day. What a team they are! We had a lot of areas needing repairs and they did a great job fixing them. We are so thankful for the guys at Red Sky. I highly recommend them!
John B.When I had to have MY roof done I was able to get it done right about when they said they would, within two days I had a new roof.
Because of THAT service I had my fiance go to them for a roof inspection prior to buying our next house...... a totally different experience to say the least!! They apparently came out and did the ""inspection"" without notification and the ""free"" inspection cost us $150, not a deal breaker but the inspection was an estimate. When my fiance called to try and get the correct paperwork she was talked down to and berated by the owner of the company. If this is how he treats other women that are asking for inspections that his website offers then I can't imagine how he will stay in business. Because of this I am not going to do any business with him or his company, and I am not going to reccomend them to anyone either.
My roof was leaking at the fireplace, so rot was replaced with new materials, 10,000 10yr warranty, the water was still in the home at the fireplace. So the owner said he would make a cover for the fireplace and do the roofing on my addition . The workers damaged other areas and not repaired plus at the time my warranty was good but not honored. I went to see if the permit had passed inspection and a Mrs. Duncan said what permit, there isnt one. Fireplace cover never happened. 3 weeks of being hazed. Calls I made ignored and warranty issues too. Until....
The planning department must have informed the owner of my findings because that afternoon The Redsky owner Troy Duncan called me and started busting off on me said my business will be ruined if I do anything. That evening while doing hair the young man told me Id better heed the warning he was there at my work like a hitman. January 2019 my ceilng all around the fireplace drenched and sheetrock heavy with water drooping down in the middle of my living room. Old brown water stains and wide drip mark through the length of my dinning room to the kitchen ending in laundry room with a massive sag ready to burst. I did not report anything and lived in fear about it, but I find from Stone Roofing a warning spread and probably still is smack to ruin me and my business. What would you do? I have nothing more to lose. it gets worse.
Claire P.I got a beautiful new roof in ONE DAY! The roofing crew is unbelievably fast, cohesive, happy, polite and wonderful. There was never a pause when they ran into issues that were unexpected. They had everything they needed to handle it all on the spot. Just beautiful to see this great crew kill it!
Early December I called Red Sky to come give me an estimate on some repairs I needed on our rain gutter. I was told they were very busy and would call me back to set something up. On December 19 we received a bill (no phone call, no contact of any kind). I called and explained to them that they had not been to my house. I was told to just disregard the bill. Today I received a second bill for the same amount. Red Sky has never been to my house. I am attaching photos of my ran gutters taken 12/19. Red Sky claims they cleaned them 12/17.
I am very disappointed as we called 2 weeks before the month they said that they would be out and they had no idea of what day they were coming. They showed up unannounced on my wife's birthday and we had company. We could of been having a party and they didn't care. The guys did a good job except I am still picking up nails and wrappers. I complained to the secretary as the owner wasn't in. I felt it was very unprofessional to not of called. They were also referred to me so I will let those people know about this as the owner still hasn't called or at least had the secretary call to say that he was sorry that they didn't call. We could of been on vacation and I lock the gate so he couldn't of gotten in. They also took down my dish antenna and it took 5 days to get it back up as I couldn't give Dish notice as he didn't give me notice!

Red Sky has re-roofing down to a science. They come in, remove the existing roof, repair any and all dry rot, then get the new roof on. All very efficient. Gutter and downspout crew just as good.
Polite, clean cut, their trucks and equipment all look good. Very happy, very impressed. Well worth calling
