Alex and his crew were extremely responsive, fixed our leak within 24 hours, and called the next day to ensure everything was good. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Alex reached out immediately to my message regarding my leaking skylight in the flood of June 2024. He attempted to come and check on it the next day but that was the afternoon/evening Sarasota got 12 inches of rain. The following day he showed up and inspected the area and found the area that was leaking. He told me he would return on Saturday morning to complete the repair. His communication and responsiveness was top notch. He came to do the work and was there early. Alex and his assistant worked from 8:30 to almost 3 pm. They removed the skylight and redid the area that was leaking. They went above and beyond to do an excellent and thorough job. I am extremely pleased with their efforts and response. Highly recommended!!
