I was looking for an estimate to have pavers cleaned and sealed. Tyler, the owner spoke with me on Thursday and we scheduled an appointment for Monday, at 3:00 pm to come over. He said their appointments are done with a 1-hour window. That means he could come anytime between 3 to 4.

Guess what, Tyler never came and never called. Awful service. Be warned, wasted hour.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company.

Came to the appointment on time. Drove a clean wrapped logo truck, nice uniform & very pleasant. ENDS THERE!!

Set up a time to have our front & pool pavers cleaned with his company to move our patio furniture on the lanai to our unfenced yard while cleaning and move back in place the next day.

I'm in the Midwest & if it wasn't for our neighbors alerting us who knows how long this furniture would of sat in the unfenced area outside. It sat outside for TWO weeks!!! After calls to complain to the owner, Tyler, they finally came back and put furniture back in the lanai.

This took place in November. We get in town December to a HOT MESS!! Never put back our BBQ pit (it could of been stolen, thank God it wasn't) & it took us a whole day to scrub & clean the furniture. Had mildew all over it and our umbrella was destroyed.

There was soo much sand in the pool, we had to purchase a new filter for $163.00. Our T.V, lanai walls and sliding door had soo much sand on them, it made me wonder...

Asked Tyler to refund me $75.00 for a new umbrella and he agreed saying the check would be in the mail. Guess what, NO CHECK!! Called and he never got back to me.

As a business owner myself, I would of never treated a customer that way. I'm only assuming he is strapped for cash and that's not good.

So just a warning from an unsatisfied customer. Screw me once, shame on me. Scare me twice, shame on you!!'
