I had a roof installed in 2020. Since then, I had to have them come out a couple times to fix issues. Now that I am selling my house, found out that they never put flashing on one side of the front house where other roof lines met. The inspector said he had never seen where flashing isn't installed on all seams.

When you work hard and have to face the expense of something is as important as a new roof, you want everything to go well, from beginning to end.

I am SO happy with my new roof and with everyone who served me so well at Red Dog's Roofing.

Jason was the only person who came to my house to discuss a new roof. Two other companies sent a drone and an email. Another sent someone to take measurements in my absense, then called me with a quote $5K higher than Red Dog's Roofing.

The day after I signed up, Julie sent a clear follow up email with all the contacts I would need if I had questions. She laster responded to any questions I had in a very timely manner. Including with follow up for documents and to make sure I was satisfied.

My roof was completed not only on time, but in the aftermath of Hurricane Idalia.

Everyone at Red Dog's Roofing, --Jason, Julie, Donnie, Jose and Dan -- were fantastic with me. They answered every call, responded to every text, kept me up to day while I was at work, and answered every email. My roof is gorgeous, my lanai no longer leeks, and I am extremely happy with this company and the job all of them did for me.

Look at the picture if this a roof only 2 years old. I asked to repair as per warranty rules and they laughed at me !!! no warranty. I showed to them roofs 10 years old in perfect conditions as per evidence. They are covered by a underwritten rule. That is the result of poor quality of the installation combined to the poor quality of the materials ( I suspect they don't know the right material) . Choose another company !!!

We got a beautiful roof in a timely fashion, especially considering the hurricane damage. My problem was my lanai. They didn't cover anything inside when they removed some of the sheeting and made a terrible mess. They did not put back the same material so now the ceiling of my lanai is two different types and colors. Twice I've shown employees how unhappy I am and no one has even called. They ripped off the old roof and made the changes without telling me (I was out of town) We use the lanai as part of our inside living area. I'd like to hear from them

Red Dog Roofing replaced the tiles on our roof for FREE after Hurricane Ian (09/2023). We had a new Roof put on by Red Dog Roofing 07/2023 and sustained minor damage. Edward, sent out his team to assess the damage and called us numerous times to let us know when the special blue color would arrive. Edward was thorough and consistently kept us up to date.
