We called Reasonable Roofing to repair a leak in our roof a few months ago during the rainy winter we recently had.
We received a quote over the phone to replace the broken tiles on the roof. When they came, they patched the tiles that were cracked instead of replacing them. When I asked why the tiles were not replaced,? I was told the sealant was as good as concrete.
I later called back and asked why the tiles were patched instead of replaced since we agreed on a price for the material and time for the labor we assumed would be necessary to complete the work. I was told that the tiles would o?nly be replaced if repairing wasn't an option. That's not what we were told on the phone. I guess I should have received a written estimate, but since we needed the work done ASAP, we trusted their word.
I understand they were very busy at the time, and I appreciate their service, but I feel like we overpaid for the work that was done.

We were in a rush to get roof on. Roof had a lot of rot. Did a great job left my place super clean.
Best of all had people that know say the roof us top quality. Ken is easy to talk to. Crew was professional and friendly and most of all experienced.

Let me just say this company has the wrong name. It should be UNREASONABLE ROOFING--Completely OVERPRICED and for the cost, their work is only guaranteed for 1 year. That is ridiculous. The roof began to leak in the same place again and caused more damage but it was unfortunately over one year. Yes you should expect to pay A Little more for 24 hour service but the quality should not be comprised after doing so and you should not be taken advantage of. Plus they came during the day - (it wasn't as if they came at 2 o'clock in the morning). I eventually had my entire roof changed-with another incredible roofing company in Fresno-and if you compare the I price I paid with this company to merely repair a leak and the price I paid for a completely new roof you would be beyond shocked. Please be advised.

Thank you to the owner, Kenny and his team. We received a great roof for a reasonable price. The quality and craftsmanship of the roof was exceptional. Thank for helping us to understand the process of installing the roof. We really felt that Kenny and his team were very understanding and knew that installing a new roof was an investment and can be a little worry some. But being the professionals that they are, they helped us to feel confident and great about the commitment. If you ever decide to get some roof work done, please call Kenny. Fair, honest and reasonable!

Ken and his son showed up to my house same day I called in to give an estimate on my leaky roof during a winter storm. Good communication, and very knowledgeable. I did not end up going with Reasonable Roofing for my repair because of a warranty issue with my solar company, but would have otherwise. Locally owned family business that is worthy of a good review. I will definitely be calling them back to get my next roof certification or repair.

In response to your response, there was miscommunication. On Andrew's part. That's your fault and you guys had to eat that cost because he said the wrong thing and then did only half of what he said. Don't pat yourself in the back and call it a courtesy when it was your screw up in the first place. Nobody's fault but yours. I didn't hire you guys, my landlord did. How does it work with rental houses? Landlords eat the cost because it's a problem with their house. That is something I don't have to pay for as part of being a home renter. If you still haven't gotten paid that's something you can take up with him. And I don't know where you came up that I said I knew my landlord since high school?? He's at least 7 ears older then me so that wouldn't quite make sense pal... As a business owner that supposedly deals with this stuff all the time you should know that the landlord eats major costs like that and know not to harass the tenant after you called him and his wife a liar twice. You are by far the worst person we could have hired. Also, I did call you after I saw trash on the roof and you said that wasn't you guys and you got super defensive and called me a liar. And Andrew did come back out and tell you there was trash on the roof left by you guys (in the picture). The only thing you were worried about communicating effectively, (not to be confused with professional or respectfully) on was the money for the terrible and half ass job you did. Me and my landlord had multiple people come give us quotes on replacing the roof and they all had 10X the professionalism and integrity you will ever have. Also to every one else. Notice how in his response he didn't touch up about how he called us liars to my face! For everyone else looking to hire I stand by highly not recommending this dishonest and disrespectful business owner. Save yourself the headache and hassle and hire integrity roofing. They believe in the customer is always right and won't get defensive and be disrespectful if one of their employees mess up.

I got several estimates from various roofing companies to fix leaks in my tile roof and clean the valley gutters and replace the broken tiles. The representative who came to my home, Ricky Garcia, was the only rep from any of the roofing companies that actually found the problem that I was having with my roof, and he found it immediately! Additionally, the estimate I received from Apex was the most reasonable of any of the companies. The guys who came to actually do the work were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Apex doesn't accept credit card which is a bummer, but I'm sure that contributes to their ability to save on costs of repairs. I felt that everything about my experience with Apex was great. We haven't had any major rain since the work was done, so I'll find out if everything is good, but I'll be sure to update my review if I experience any problems over time.

Kenny the owner and his foreman Gabriel bailed me out after another roofer failed to show up as agreed to fix a major roof leak that occurred at my home during a recent storm. Kenny came out, assessed what was needed and sent out his foreman for the repair all on the same day. Gabriel even worked after sunset to finish up. This was on the same day Reasonable Roofing was working a large job on an apartment nearby. The quality of the work done laying a section of torch was first class. I rate RR 5 Stars.
