From the estimate to the end, Real Roofing was a wonderful roofing company to work with. Aaron emailed me a detailed, professional proposal shortly after coming out to look at my roof. His proposal was competitive and fair. Within a week, his guys came to work every day for 3 days at 8:30AM and worked until 4:30PM. They left the work site clean each evening and completed taking off the old roof and installing a new one in 3 days. They installed new gutters and down spouts the 4th day. The end result is a very nice looking roof. They guarantee their work. Aaron responded to any questions I had very quickly. Customer service excellent. I absolutely recommend this company for roofing needs.

Aaron was great when it came to Customer Service. The roofing was done in a timely without much disruption. The roof itself is a great job! Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Out of many businesses I contacted through Yelp, Real Roofing Inc was the first one to respond without a copy and pasted or automated message. I was actually speaking to a real person, who responds to messages. Other businesses took days, weeks, or just didn't respond at all. Understandably, many businesses were booked for months. Luckily for me Aaron with Real Roofing Inc was ready to stop by for a free estimate the same day I messaged him, and was able to start work the following week. The roof repair took just a couple of hours and looks to be of high quality work. The real test will be during the rainy season, so I'll add an update then. I trust that the results will be positive. To sum it up, I've had a great experience with Aaron and his crew and will definitely be coming back to them for future repairs and services.

Well, not sure what THAT was all about. Over 2 weeks ago I met Dave who apparently works for this company. I showed him the job. He seemed knowledgeable and wanting the job. Promised an estimate to me by the next day. Nothing. So 3 days later I msgd him asking if he finished the estimate. He promised it the Next morning. Again, nothing. The next day I msgd him again .. He was ""in a meeting & would send by 2 PM"". So 10 days later and no estimate, I sent yet another msg ... Now the next day & still no reply at all.

It has been a total waste of my time & I have since moved on to another Roofing Company. Wished I could have actually worked with Aaron. But this was not a good representation of his company if he is the owner.

i'd give 6 stars if i could!! aaron was great at coordinating everything. the team was prompt and courteous. everyone wore masks. the guys worked hard. the job was done on time, despite my adding extra insulation/work. they gave me drone photos of the roof - beautiful job!! i highly recommend them. i interviewed several companies for the job, and roofers can be dishonest, but aaron and team are solid, good people.
