I did not have a good experience with Real Home Roofing. I wasn't aware of the process, so I showed Brice ALL of the paperwork I received from my insurance company. He promised he would take care of me. This was a big mistake. I repeatedly asked how much the jobs would cost. How much is my total? How much is everything? To this day, Brice has not given me a total. After I blindly paid him (Yes VERY stupid of me) he gave me a signed form stating that everything was paid in full. A week later he came back asking for more money. This was a few days after I had a major surgery. I was in pain and weak, so I decided to give him more money so I could just rest. But I realized that I would be being stupid again so I decided against it. A few hours later Brice became an evil person that I had never seen. I have screenshots of him texting me at that point demanding that I pay him more money. He told me that he had gone to my mortgage company and had spoken to them. He accused me of forging his name on a check. (I have proof that I never did such a thing) He threatened to call my insurance company if I didn't give him more money by 3pm that day. That would have been 1.5 hours. ( Again, I have screenshots of all of this.) I didn't bicker back and forth with him. I just told him that if he truly feels that I owe him, please send me the information and I will pay. He never send the information. He also never told me an amount. I decided to let it go and move on, but the nightmare continued. I never received a Fortified certificate for my roof, so I called the IBHS to inquire. I found out that Brice never paid the $500 inspection fee to the inspector. I had to pay the inspector before he would send me a copy of the certificate. Also they did not paint my house properly. It's a brick house. I've attached photos of the brick still showing through the white paint along with others. I have to pay for someone else to come out and fill in the missing spots. They painted on my window frame. I'm not sure what his plan was for the mailbox, but I could have done better with a can of spray paint. They didn't clean up my yard afterward either. I had to pay someone to clean up their mess as I couldn't due to my surgery. I hope and pray that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will post this review everywhere I can to tell my story.
