This company along with their CEO and office manager are deceptive, shady and overall run a business off ripping off their clients and vendors alike!
We were engaged by them to assist on one of their projects for water mitigation on an emergency basis during non-business hours and we rendered services promptly and professionally.
The CEO Jim Jessup then became unresponsive, and his office manager Kat Scully kept giving us the run around.
We have tried numerous methods to make contact, but they are rude, and unprofessional and just hang up on us.
After reading other victims reviews, it is definitely a standard practice of theirs to be shady and run a s business off of scamming hard-working people.
We will also be filing a complaint to the BBB, FTC, and CSLB for business malpractice.
I strongly advise potential clients and vendors to please do your research and do not do any business with Jim Jessup and this company!

NEVER use this company. Jim Jessup contracted with us to put a roof on our new construction home. We are custom builders and hold a state issued GC, have our insurance and WC always updated. To our shocking surprise, months after Ready Roofing had completed our roof and had already been paid...a lien was placed on our project due to Ready Roofing NOT paying the supply house. It took WEEKS of begging and chasing after Jim Jessup to pay the supply house and this would had continued to drag out long if I hadn't reached out to the BBB and filed a complaint. Every day he promised to take care of it and we end up having to shut down production of the home which put us over a month behind. Fast forward another month and we are ready for inspections for CO. Every single contractor we hired was ready to go and had zero issues or delays. Ready Roofing...who finished the project MONTHS AGO...still had not called in for an inspection. After chasing after Jim all week this week we have discovered with the county that his WC is out dated and he never paid the permitting office for the permit :0 We spoke to our contact at the county and she said if he shows to pay it at the count by 7:30 am then she can go ahead and attach it to our final inspection because they clos the window for the day at 8am. Jims response to this..,.'well if we get our updated WC by tomorrow morning then we will work on that'. Just beside myself. I would never recommend this company.

Beyond frustrated, 1st I am about 100% we were over charged for our roof and then they promised to also make sure our sunroom wouldn't leak. They laid some type of plaster on our roof and first rain, major leakage in new area's. They came back put more plaster. Another leak, same old spots and the new spots. They came out again and proceeded to caulk around the ceiling and metal edging. It looks like my 8-year-old niece did it. So at this point ANOTHER person comes out and says ""wow, that does look bad, and now we haven't seen them in months. We have printed documentation and on a recorded line they owned the repair. Instead of making good on it, they now want to put a lean on it. You don't get paid until the job is complete. The is 101 lesson if having work done on and or at your home. How am I going to get those screws loose? I have videos of rain coming through my ceiling fans... I am sure that is safe. Watch out for Jim, smooth talker...

Jim the owner talks a good game. And so does his sales manger. Roof was replaced first week of Jan in 2022, still waiting on the chimney cap to be replaced. Have contacted them numerous times about chimney cap received great LIP SERVICE. But still waiting on the job to be completed.
They did contact me in Jan of 2023 wanting me to write a review. I responded to their email about the job not being completed. received a phone call within a couple of hours. Again great lip service.
Would not recommend to replace a roof on a outhouse

Dale with Ready Roofing came out and did my roof replacement estimate and provided excellent advice and guidance on my existing solar panels. I felt the estimate was fair and Dale wasn't pushy at all. He patiently answered my questions and quickly responded to my emails. I've already referred one friend to contact Ready Roofing and I will be singing my praises to other friends in the area when they mention they need a new roof.
