This company was so kind & seemed perfect when a windstorm caused so much damage to our roof in rialto .
They came soon & began soon & explained everything & made me feel so comfortable to work with them - seemed like the integrity was through the roof , UNTIL , it wasn't -

After months of texting and calling ""jessica"" with no response after they got paid , their ""1 year warranty"" turned out to be falsified.

When the rain came back , we continued to have leaks in the areas they worked on -
Went through HOOPS of calling every roofer they had sent out in desperation to get someone to come check the work , because we were still under our year of ""warranty.""

Well, two guys came back and stayed they're not with the company anymore , but that they'd contact the owner . They did so , and they came and put black plastic over the problems areas & never returned to fix anything , claiming that its additional work - but it's the SAME area they worked on.

We pretty much paid them for a quick fix & they haven't held up to their ""warranty.""

During this entire process , ZERO returned calls from their office , and ZERO calls from their receptionist Jessica -
The workers were the only ones who returned our calls & although they claimed they didn't work for the company anymore , they came and scoped things out.
So grateful for THEM- but for the integrity of the company & them returning calls ? Hell no .
I'm highly disappointed & shocked that they did a complete turn around on us , when they were so excellent in the beginning . Very disappointed .
If they don't return your calls - don't even bother - it's the first of many , and other reviews on Yelp can verify that as such

They came out to look at my roof about 3 weeks ago, the guy was very professional explain what needed to be done and took pictures. They said will call me with the estimate for the job and I'm still waiting for them to get back to as of today,my wife called last week and I have called couple of days ago!

I called ready for rain roofing for some roofing repairs at my Crestline home. Jessica was very professional and knowledgeable. Junior and Matthew came to look at the roof. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and highly professional. They were kind enough to answer my many questions. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company. They gave really good pricing and have quality work!

After reading the glowing reviews on Yelp, I called ""Ready for Rain"" and left a message about roofing I needed done and requesting a call back. After a few days with no word from them, I called again and this time Jessica answered, took my information and said someone would look at my roof the next day and prepare an estimate. I know things come up and people have personal problems, so after waiting about another week, I called again leaving a message to call me back. I quit holding my breath.

Not the kind of people I want to do business with.

After writing this review, an apologetic response was posted here and also emailed to me. Ready for Rain Roofing also prepared a professional estimate for the work I needed to have done. I know we do not live in a perfect world,and I felt this company really wanted me to be a satisfied customer, so I accepted their bid. The work was scheduled quickly, completed in a short period of time and I believe, at a fair price. Obviously, I did not climb up onto the roof to inspect the work, but because they value their reputation, I am confident it was done well..

I have a rental property in Hesperia that needed major roof upgrade. I called for several estimates and a couple roofers were overpricing, others did not answer phones and a couple never called me back.
I obtained lowest estimate with ready for rain and received best customer service from Jessica in which she promptly provided estimate and followed up. This was my first time with replacing roof and Jessica guided me step by step on process and received clear details of service that would be conducted. Information was extremely helpful and I was aware that some wood would need to be replaced in. Ready for Rain promptly obtained city permit and had workers immediately start with service.
I live 80 miles from Hesperia and due to work, I wasn't able to go to property to view progress. However, Jessica gave me the peace of mind I needed by providing photos of bad wood that needed to be replaced along with photos after completion, which confirmed their honesty. Workers completed roof within a couple of days and left the yard very clean.
I was extremely relieved that I could trust them and have recommended to my friends and family. I had a great experience with ready for rain and the house appearance was better than I could have imagined! I am now ready for rain!! :)

After doing some research online I decided to go with Ready for rain roofing for my home roof repair. I made the right choice! The employees that were sent to my home were very polite and professional. I was impressed with their tireless work ethic and they stayed until the job was complete. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing, i would recommend to anyone who needs their roof redone, came in very professional explained everything detailed provided a estimate this was our third estimate at this point there was no question we were going with them... The work was excellent we didn't just replace the shingles but the wood as well and redid the insulation , we have been complimented by neighbors and family members also saying you can tell this was great work.. Eladio was organized as well as Steven as a matter of facet all them men who were apart took the job serious , the job was done in a timely manner and would highly recommend them to anyone. Job well done!!!
