After I started preparing my friend's house in Lakewood for sale, several neighbors recommended Harold, owner of Re-Roofing and more. I could see the quality of the workmanship BUT I had already contracted with a roofer I had used previously. I got the run-around from my roofer for 60 days, then extracted myself from that contract and hired Harold. Harold pulled the permit the same day and had his crew on the roof two days later. Those guys did a great, professional job for a realistic, competitive price. Harold was there every day checking to see if his guys needed anything, overseeing the job and bringing lunch. He takes care of his men, and they take care of him; no goofing off, just doing the job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We are SO happy with Harold. He and his crew are the best in the industry....hands down! I can certainly echo what others are saying about the quality of roofing Re-Roofing and More provides, they lived up to the hype. As new homeowners, it was an overwhelming task to think about and budget our roofing and home upgrade needs, but with Harold, we felt at ease. Upon meeting him for the first time, he greeted us with a warm smile and kind demeanor. He provided details about the existing roof's condition, the process to remove and replace, as well as any other repair work that may be needed, removing any element of surprise. When his quote came in, it was fair, it was honest, and competitive, and upon completion, it was a beautiful job...without any hidden costs. He and his guys did superior work. The fact too that he could get the job done with a few weeks notice is amazing. Some other competitors told us they couldn't get to us until late summer, and others quoted us inferior materials at high cost. Harold and his team provided us with the best in class shingles and materials, replaced damaged fascia boards without the inflated pricing. Lastly, because our home had to be tented, Harold even took the time to come back when the fumigation was done, he inspected the roof, and offered to replace any damage that may have occurred as a result of tenting. Luckily for everyone, the tenting did not incur any damage to the roof and we are glad Harold could verify this. It offered further peace of mind. Harold and his crew came out after we had a leaky roof during the bad storms this winter. They fit us into a tight schedule, as a LOT of people found out about roof leaks at the same time as us. He found the problem quickly, a nail had popped up on our roof and since it rained for several days straight, enough water leaked into our attic to leak all the way through to our kitchen floor. They offered a quote at a fair price to come out to inspect for any other loose nails and apply sealant as needed on our roof and garage. (It was starting to crack around vents, edges, fireplace, etc.) We were very pleased with their services and will definitely consider them again in the future.

I hired Harold and his crew from ""Re-Roofing and More"" to replace the roof on my mothers' house, he replaced several of my neighbors roofs, my sisters roof, as well as my house roof, and my two garage/studio roof. He also installed two tube type skylights, along with additional turbine fans.

I have been soooo pleased in doing business with this company. Harold, the owner, is honest, friendly, helpful, courteous, hard working, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with the job. A client called to get an assessment on the condition of the roof, the life, and a rough estimate to replace. When Harold arrived, I told him I would alert the seller that he arrived so he can climb onto the roof to do his thing. He immediately responded saying, ""No need to, it's a 3 bedroom 2 bath house approximately 1,300 sqft."" I looked at him and said, ""Hold up. First off, it's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house and is 810 sqft."" Verbatim, he said, either way, it's going to cost the same. WTH?

So, he decided to go on the roof anyway, came back down and reiterated what he said plus before. I asked if another layer can be added and he said, ""no"". He also said it would be around $10,000. WOW! Didn't provide an estimate and nothing. He then asked me who I was and I said the agent and he said very rudely, ""Oh, tell 'em to get a new roof!"" Really? I'm an agent not a roofing expert.

The unprofessional-ism and lack of interest makes me wonder if his quality of work would reflect the same....unprofessional.

We just finished our roof today and we are very impressed. We had gotten several quotes and Harold was the cheapest and could do it right away. He came on Friday ordered our supplies and started work on Monday and was finished Tuesday. His crew was so nice and clean. He had 6 guys do the 3 layer removal and plywood and a tubular skylight installed in our bathroom the first day and re-roofer and cleaned up by Tuesday night. Other quotes were about 2 to 3 thousand more and couldn't start for at least a month. We are in Lakewood and Harold has great business with our housing track with nothing but great referrals. Everything was easy, perfect and stress free with Harold and his crew. Even the whole permit process was handled and I didn't need to do anything. Harold also installed 2 turbines and I am looking forward to a cooler house in the summer. I HIGHLY recommend Harold. Just had my roof replaced. I got 5 quotes and Harold was the best with the same materials. He is very easy to talk to, has a great crew and the job was finished in less time then he estimated. He knows his stuff! Climbed up on the roof himself to do the final inspection and he even put a note on my neighbors door in case she wanted him to come clean up any dirt that may have gone into her backyard. You gotta use Harold, he is the best!
