Pedro and his team do great work. They are top notch in the roof business. Very professional and tidy, very respectful of the property and cleaned up at the end of every day. We had some challenges on our job, but they handled the issues with great care and made every effort to make us happy. Would recommend you hire these guys in a heartbeat.

Pedro is a stand-up guy. Personalable, prompt, responsive, professional and good to his word. He did the job for a very competitive price, started and finished exactly as he said.
The workmanship was excellent. His crew started on time, worked productive days, and cleaned the area each day before they left. He took care of the permits and was very responsive to last minute additions that I made to the job.

I have exactly zero complaints and nothing but thanks for the great work and how easy the whole process went. Super highly recommended.

During the heavy rain that we were blessed with, water was pouring down the backside of my rain gutters (which were cleaned priorly. This was causing the paint on the wood to bubble and drip.
Not wanting more damage I called the business that installed the roof. No answer after numerous calls.
Got on Yelp and came across this business with five stars and positive responses to the work
Let me tell you, I'm so glad they were on Yelp and I called them.
Called the number listed, Pedro answered and said he had a time that was open and he could take a look at the problem. He was on time, very professional and extremely thoughtful.
He, after going in the roof, immediately knew what the problem was and explained what should have been done correctly on a six year old new roof. The flashing was to short and did not go over the gutter. He suggested I get ahold of the business that reroofed my home and put new gutters to do the flashing correctly. When I explained I had called every day and even texted with no answer, he expressed sympathy. Told me he'd text me a quote to view and I could make my decision, and he would get it taken care of quickly before more damage could occur. My decision was made and he kept his promise. He called just a few days later and asked me if it was possible to show that day as an opening occurred, showed with two more employees, showed me the material he was using, the shape , and length. Obviously I'm not knowledgeable on roofing, but showing me how it worked made sense. They finished the entire house and even tightened areas of the gutter that were not tight against the wood. All within a very reasonable time. Wonderful service! Arrives when he says so no waiting! And very knowledgeable! And most of all his honesty was so appreciated! My heartfelt thank you to him and his crew for fixing the problem do quickly snd preventing more damage.

Pedro (the contractor) was always available throughout the process of reroofing our house. Pedro and his crew always practiced COVID 19 rules. He always had a mask on no matter what. The whole crew was very respectful of our property, our dogs and us. The crew worked tirelessly and didn't leave anything undone. They always cleaned up after themselves and the equipment that was left at our house for the next day was placed in places to not interfere with us. Pedro was always either personally available or close by via text or phone to answer any questions or concerns. We also wanted new rain gutters installed and he took care of having that professionally done too. Pedro also takes care of scheduling the final inspection by the city. His work, product and professionalism is the best. We highly recommend Re Roof all American to everyone.
