Pedro (the contractor) was always available throughout the process of reroofing our house. Pedro and his crew always practiced COVID 19 rules. He always had a mask on no matter what. The whole crew was very respectful of our property, our dogs and us. The crew worked tirelessly and didn't leave anything undone. They always cleaned up after themselves and the equipment that was left at our house for the next day was placed in places to not interfere with us. Pedro was always either personally available or close by via text or phone to answer any questions or concerns. We also wanted new rain gutters installed and he took care of having that professionally done too. Pedro also takes care of scheduling the final inspection by the city. His work, product and professionalism is the best. We highly recommend Re Roof all American to everyone.

Pedro Delgadillo offered a competitive bid and clearly outlined the work he would perform when replacing our 30 year old roof. HIs rate for surprise work was very reasonable. (It's a very old house and surprises were a certainty).
Prior to accepting his bid I went to All Roofing and Building Materials in Salinas and asked about his reputation. It was Stellar which was very comforting!
Pedro got the bid and we got an emergency permit for the re-roof job with the County of Monterey (shelter in place rules). Pedro's team practiced physical distancing whenever possible and wore face masks. The job site was cleaned up every night.
I highly recommend Pedro and Re Roof All American. We have other roofing jobs on the ranch and Pedro will be our Go-to company for this work.

Pedro and his crew were great. They showed up on time each morning, and actually finished the roof faster than expected. He explained the upgrades that the roof needed per current code, and all turned out very nice. Price was very fair, lower than two other bids, but the work was done very professionally. Look no further. Pedro is an amazing business owner who pays attention to every detail. In the Creekbridge area of Salinas, all the roofs are closing in on their 30 year life. Pedro replaced our roof, vent pipes, skylights and rain gutters and downspouts....which were pre-painted perfectly to match our trim......still don't know how they did that. Everyday, Pedro's crew arrived on time, started promptly at 8AM, cleaned the whole site before they left at night. Job took about a week, is inspected by the City of Salinas, and looks fabulous. Thanks Pedro. Job was reasonable and I don't have to worry for another thirty years.
