Daniel, Jacob & Brandon are very prompt in response, respectful in their dealings.
Daniel is very thorough in his work.

RCUSA also charges reasonable and work quality is very good.

I do highly recommend RCUSA for any roofing related jobs.

They still have not completed the work. Only partially completed and are refusing to finish the job while also not providing a full refund for the uncompleted work. A horrible company and would give a 0 star recommendation if I could. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!! If you look at Facebook and Google all of the ""positive"" reviews are fake. Do NOT believe the scam!

I had a great experience with this company. They delivered a beautiful roof in a reasonable time frame. I had holes in my existing roof and they patched them at no cost until my new roof was finalized.

To start off, they lied to me from the get, go about monete's that they were going to get out of the insurance company for me. They didn't do that. Second, the man that runs. The operation has no control or risk crew. None of them speak English, and they do what they want. Brand new, AC system I told them to stay away from they didn't they had shingles all over it. And made it look old, I was trying to sell my house, and I had to clean that off nails all over the yard tore up by exhaust. I am from my furnace, sticking out of the roof uh, just very poor work. I would not use this company at all.

Haven't used them and I definitely will not. A salesman with The Roofing Clinic came knocking on my door and proceeded to point out that he saw wear on my roof. When I told him it was installed last August he raised his eyebrows and decided that he wanted to give me a free estimate to get ahead of the upcoming weather. As I pointed to my ""No Soliciting"" sign he proceeded to tell me that, ""If I was trying to sell you something, I would have already done it"" as he continued his spiel about getting a free estimate.

I mean, it's one thing to make a mistake and knock on a door with a no soliciting sign, but to argue with the homeowner about it? Ballsy.
