Got a roof done by them less than 3 years ago and it is already leaking. Now they are dodging my calls and refused to meet with the insurance estimator several times. My roof came with a 5 year warranty and at this point it will run out before they ever answer my phone calls. Please DO NOT USE this roofing company.

Called RCI on the recommendation of several of my neighbors. Roofer came out for inspection and did not bring a ladder that was tall enough to get on the roof. He told me he would come by tomorrow and take a look and send me an estimate. Okay that's fine. I follow up with the roofer after a week has gone by and he told me he would have the estimate to me by the end of the day. Check my email the following day and nothing. Radio silence after that. Not a good way to get a potential clients business.

I want to recognize Raul and his crew for a fast, top quality job on replacing my roof. The process was easy, they worked with my insurance company on the claim and got to work within 5 days of getting the approval. Work was completed in two days in spite of a serious rainstorm that literally blew through while the crew was working. They slowed down some but didn't stop, once the rain passed they changed into dry clothes and went back to work. The foreman kept me informed of the progress and all the crew was polite and courteous. I noted some minor issues on the roof, not caused by the roofer but previously installed drain covers. The owner came out personally with a technician on Sunday and realigned all my gutters. Great quality roof and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality installation.

RCI Roofing put on a new roof and made repairs to the interior of my home due to water damage; however it was not done correctly. It has been an ongoing nightmare with them. I have pictures showing the plywood does not meet at the top of the ridge (about a 3'x5' hole), but they will not complete the job correctly and water continues to come inside. Poor workmanship and poor customer service! Do not use them!

There is very little to say positive about this company except the receptionest and other employees are courtest.

The owner Raul and I clashed on more than one occasion and I found him rude.
RCI is all about money and not keeping the client happy. This was after Hurrican Harvey and when Raul first came out he immediately said "" you need a new roof"".
Both myself and the insurance company disagreed.

What work they did do on our roof was over priced and not done correctly. We had to call several times to get them to come backout to honor their warranty.
I do NOT recommend RCI Roofing for any size job.

Great company to work with. Used RCI after we identified wind and hail damage to my roof. They worked directly with the insurance company. Very professional, customer focus and ensured the job was done right and on time.

RCI just completed the repairs to our hail damaged roof. Our roof was totaled by our insurance company. RCI worked with our adjuster and very closely with us. Danny, our RCI rep, made sure every detail was taken care of. In return for RCI's great work we've told our neighbors of our complete satisfaction with RCI and Danny.

Good work and good contractors need to be recognized. Allstate was very helpful as well, thanks Jill Belvin Agency!
