Chuck and Shannon Villa are amazing. This family owned and ran company knows what customer service is. Shannon is so sweet and gets your quote out quick, while Chuck manages repairs with his team. They were both at my house explaining my repair quote and what would be done. I was given options for correction, which I really appreciated. If you have a leak or feel you need your roof looked at before it's like mine and rain is flooding in, I highly recommend RCI. Thanks again Shannon and Chuck.

Had RCI Roofing fix my roof. After his team was did the repair, it looked liked no work was really done. I pointed it out to the owner who was not on the job the first time. He came out and supervised the 2nd time and they did much more work (which indicated to me that that they were going to leave they job and collect payment with the first job). They do not warranty their work when it comes to repairs (any repairs). They were upfront with that and I understood. One year after the repair my roof was fine, as there was not much rain that year. Almost exactly 2 years later, after the heavy rains, it leaked in the exact same spot. I wasn't expecting them to re-do it for free this time and stated that, but they told me they were not interested in doing anymore work for me.

Very unprofessional. I spoke to the wife, who is the scheduler, last week. And she said they might be able to come this week but would give me a call on Monday to confirm. So far, very professional. Then she called me all of a sudden today saying they had a cancellation and were in the neighborhood, asked me if they could come. I happened to be in another appointment with another roofer and let her know I would be available in 10 min. She then said she would follow up with me these two days. I called her a couple hours later to let her know my schedule these two days. Her attitude changed dramatically and said even if her husband had time to come out this week, they would not be able to do the work in the next 3 months. I asked her why she didn't let me know this piece of information when we first spoke a couple of days. She immediate got very defensive and said she signed so many jobs in just a couple of days and hung me up.

I consulted other roofers like George Parks, Garry Fox and Stay Dry. They are much more professional.

Chuck and his wife Shannon came to our house and checked out our roof that had a few leakes. They gave us a fair quote, came out a few days later as promised and fixed our roof. Why can't all contractors be this easy and fair to work with.
