Julie P.I am not sure what happened to RC Roofing, because they started out to be awesome. I had advertised a need for a roof repair or replace quote and RC was the first to respond - awesome. I called them and the owner, Matt, picked up even though he was at his son's baseball game - awesome. He gave me great info and we agreed that I'd send him photos from the recent roof inspection if the buyer on my mom's Florida home backed out of escrow. The buyer backed out a couple of days later so I emailed the inspection photos to Matt and followed it up with a text letting him know it had been sent. Crickets.. Never heard another word from him.. I hope he's okay. We have since had another roofing company come to inspect and quote the repair.
