We purchased a home a few months ago and suspected that there might be a leak in the roof. Rick came out and inspected our roof and suggested that we have the entire roof replaced. When we received the estimate we were surprised at how competitive the cost was. The cost to replace the entire roof was just slightly more than another local roofing company quoted to the only repair. We had a few questions about the work and Rick came back out to answer our questions and describe the process of replacing the roof. He also happened to have an opening in his schedule, and we were able to get the work completed the following week. Rick's workers were top notch and the work was completed within only a few days. We now have a new roof with a warranty that will last for years to come.

Update: RC Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof last January. We have a large 4 season room on the south side of our house. It has a regular roof and ceiling to floor glass walls. It Was really a 2 season room before, either too hot or too cold, summer & winter. Rick Clark had the perfect solution for us. 2 1/2 inch ISO insulation board, covered with a 50 mil PVC membrane. We love our new roof and the true test came with a recent heatwave, 106 degrees and the room stayed comfortable. Our AC actually worked because NO heat came through the roof into the room. Rick put a new roof on our modular home in Lakeside in March 2018. He provided a estimate which was competitive with other companies. The difference was Rick showed up timely and his communication was prompt-other companies did not respond to phone calls and emails. This was why we went with Rick. The job was completed in 2 days. His crew was the best-well tuned crew and knew what to do. They did an excellent job at cleanup. Rick came back at the end of the job to discuss as he wanted any feedback-negative or positive. I waited to do this review to confirm the roof repair RC Roofing completed for us in June 2017 was good to go with some rain. I am happy to report that, due to Ricks attention to detail, we are leak free.

I initially contacted him to address a single leak (previous owner was a do-it-yourselfer) and had unfortunately left a hole the size of the front of the shoe, which allowed water to leak in and wreak havoc on our master bathroom below.

In comes Rick, he not only addressed our primary concern, but was able to suggest a few additional repairs that were causing issues unknown to us (leaking near fireplace, garage and improper vents). Out of all the bids we received he was the only one to address the roof as a whole and not just crank out a $ figure for the task at hand. In addition, he was very attentive to my many questions and truly was invested in our happiness.

Highly recommend! Rick and his team are honest, hardworking, friendly, and professional. Prices were competitive, and Rick was able to advise us on specific city codes regarding materials, etc. I was home alone while the crew worked, and I felt very comfortable. There were a couple of decisions to be made along the way, and there was no ""mansplaining,"" just courteous explanations of what, why, where. Overall, the experience was as worry-free as major repair/maintenance on your home can get.

I had a somewhat of a major repair needed on my tile roof. I called RC Roofing and Rick , the owner, was out to look at it the next day. He recognized the problem before even getting on the roof. He provided me with two written proposals for the repair. We decided on which option to go with and Rick set up a start date. His team was there on time. They finished the job in time to beat an incoming rain storm. They were very professional and and before they left every day they would clean up to a point that you didn't even know they were there. I don't think I ever have given a 5 star rating. Oh...and the price was good.

Called them to ask if they to assessments for skylight leaks. I was told they did and they scheduled something three weeks later because they are terribly busy. I understood and had them come out. Well apparently the leak was not worth their time because someone came to the house and said they would email us an estimate. I haven't hard back from them. It seems they only care about big projects like other companies and they don't even have the decency to tell you that over the phone. Complete waste of time. Keep that in mind! I would encourage them to include that as part of their advertising to they don't waste customer's time.
