(Note that I'm in Orlando--not San Francisco--don't know why it's displaying that). My 17-year-old roof had survived, unscathed, through all the storms in the last years. But, at that age, it was time to bite the bullet and pony up full cash for a replacement before my luck could run out.

I interviewed three roofing companies and selected RBS because they weren't trying to ""sell"" me on anything. It was clear that, in contrast to the other two roofers, RBS was genuine about providing a quality product.

Chad came out promptly, provided a free estimate, which was neither the lowest nor the highest: new shingles, minor wood repair, replacement gutters, and downspouts.

I dithered about shingle color choice, so Chad sent me pictures of actual homes in the area with the shingle colors I was considering. This turned out to be a real help, as it's impossible to look at a sample board and get a good idea of how the shingles look in real life, on a real roof.

RBS took care of the permitting and HOA approval process (much appreciated!) and kept in touch as to the progress. In about 4 weeks, the workers arrived precisely at the promised time and were done that same day.

The end result was a really nice-looking roof of top quality shingles and careful workmanship. I was amazed at how many times workers went around the perimeter of my house with a magnet, making their very best effort to get up any stray nails. They also were super-meticulous about cleaning up other debris. Chad came by the next day to make sure everything was done to spec and nicely tidied up.

I highly recommend RBS for your roof replacement. This is a family owned business. They are very reputable and do a great job.

They made the effort to work with my insurance company for a new roof replacement and complete the work on time. Very pleased with the quality, responsiveness, and cost.

RBS roofings owner Ron Scott should NOT be trusted!! This company and its owner tried to extort over $8,000 from me. They used a $12,000 contract and tried to charge me over $19,000 by attaching additional claims for ""work"" performed that they never did. Once the owner found that I had unrelating insurance claims on my home from hurricane damage he tried to claim these funds. Of course, after having to hire an attorney he agreed to accept the original contract amount. Please be AWARE and steer clear from this roofing company!!

I would never recommend RBS as a roofer. My, less than 2 year old roof, is leaking and I can't get anyone in charge to talk to me. My insurance company will not cover the damage, as they say they do not cover poor workmanship. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars in damage from my own pocket thanks to RBS.

These guys were great to work with. I needed an emergency repair on a small section of my roof to sell my property. I called several roofing companies that Saturday and one of them was RBS. Josh called me back same-day and as fate would have it he was in the neighborhood and was able to shift some of his team to get the job done. Other roofing companies waited until Monday to call me. RBS does stand up work and I'd recommend them to anyone. House closed with no problem that Monday.

I just had a roof repair done. This company came recommended by another contractor I respected. He was right, these people are professional and great to do business with. Chad assessed our roof damage and gave us a reasonable quote, and took the time with us to fully explain the job at hand.
When the crew came out they did all that was necessary to restore and repair that part of the roof within a few hours. It looked great!

These guys are best. They put a new roof on our home after Hurricane Irma. They also repaired some roof cosmetic issues over our garage that was bothering my spouse. After we had the pool solar system re-installed, the roof experienced a leak. I invited the solar company back out and they pointed the finger at the roofing company. I called RBS and they came out the same day. They found one of the solar mounts didn't seat but fixed the mount and sealed the leak. They told me 'We just don't want your roof to leak'. Strongly recommend this company as they truly have their customers best interests in mind.

RBS was very helpful after Hurricane Irma. In addition to getting a new roof on shortly after the storm, they assisted in hiring contractors to repair other items needing repair. Due to so much damage in the area, it was hard to find companies to do repairs. Knowing RBS was taking care of everything was comforting. I am pleased with all work completed. Carl and Greg were very helpful. Every call and text was answered or returned within the day. Outstanding! Customer service at its best. Definitely a thumbs up on this company!

We had a great experience with this company. We hired them after suffering through the poor workmanship of another company. RBS came in and finally fixed am issue we had been dealing with for a year. Ron Scott is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. They put their best guys on our project and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have a tile roof, which is difficult to find competent workers, so we are so happy to have found RBS. I highly recommend them!
