Very disappointed. I made an appointment with Rick to come out for a roofing estimate. He never bothered to show. I am going through cancer treatment and my time is precious. I told a friend how disappointed I was, so she called RBC for me, several times, to make another appointment. She said it took numerous calls to get him to respond but RBC finally told her a time they would come. I waited and waited. RBC finally showed, but extremely late. When I told him how I was disappointed at how long he made me wait, he turned and left... no apology, no explanation. I understand that things happen, life is messy... but communication makes a huge difference. If a company can't show up, at least call and let a client know.

Zero stars.

We had an appointment with Rick scheduled at 3:00. He never showed or called to let us know he was late. He finally answered my 8th or 9th call.
He said he would be there at 5:00 and at 5:15 still was not there.
This is ludicrous. If you can't make it, communicate. Let your customer that is sitting around waiting for you know that you cannot keep your commitment.
When he finally rolled up after 5:30, we let him know that we were not happy with his customer service thus far. He responded with, ""Have a nice day."" and drove off.
No explanation, no apology. Just rolled up his window and left.
Who does this?............
If this is how he treats his customers before the job, I would be very afraid of what type of quality you would get in his finished work.

That's if he actually showed up to work.

Rick is very slow to respond. If and when he does so, he does only to cancel. He has wasted our time on two occasions. He has come out to quote a job and has long overstayed his welcome both times. He thinks highly of himself and his skills, but all he does is babble. I've yet to see any evidence as he has never shown up to do any work. Terrible. Unless you want to waste your time, look elsewhere.
