We had our roof installed back in 2004. They did a fantastic job. We now have had them come out 2 times, just recently on July 15, 2023, to power wash the roof which helps maintain its original beauty, since it's an Eagelite tile roof.

Cut concrete tiles to widen valleys so roof debris doesn't build up. I like that unlike some neighbors' roofs, I couldn't tell new tiles apart from the original. Our contact people were Cuco and his brother. They warranty the work for 3-5 years so they follow up on leaks as well as replace tiles at no charge. We had a bathroom ceiling leak and had the work done before rainy season, so the quality of repair has already been tested.
