Maybe the best $75 I ever spent. Ray & his partner cleaned my driveway, sidewalk, and even the cement thing in the road the water runs down the street in. Prior to Ray's cleaning there was much mold on our driveway, which I believe actually comes from roof runoff. The mold is completely gone and you can clearly see where my sidewalk ends and the neighbors begin ( because mine is so much cleaner).

Next time I'll have Ray do the roof too.....another great Yelp find.

I called Ray based on Yelp reviews. He called me right back and gave me a quote over the phone and he kept to that quote- a fair price- at the end of the job. His work was very good and he prides himself on doing the job right.
I didn't interact with him much but he was true to his word and my roof and screened patio look grI'm satisfied.

UPDATE: About a week after posting this review, the bleach overspray from the roof was evident on our plants. I'm estimating $200 worth of landscape was ruined. Yes, the roof looks great but now my plants are crap.
FOLLOW UP........ Ray reached out to me and did the right thing. He brought over sod, soil and replacement plants and has offered to make additional replacements if needed. He did so without me having to make follow up calls. He was genuinely concerned with customer service and I appreciate that. Thanks Ray.

Ray provided a very fair quote and began the job immediately of cleaning all of the fascia boards on a 3,350+ residence. He also pressure cleaned the white gutters that had never been cleaned and were tainted w/the black dust/moldy residue. He did mention right away that he did NOT think all of the lines might not be removed on the gutters but he made them 100% better and you really have to stop and stare to spot the stain lines from prior cleaning. As he worked his way around my home doing the fascia; he would cover all the bushes and ornamentals w/heavy plastic. I highly recommend Ray's services and he is licensed and insured w/25 years of experience for any of your pressure cleaning needs.

Contacted Ray to clean the roof of my house. Ray did an excellent job at a fair price. While he was here we had him clean our driveway and sidewalk. I didn't think it was that dirty until he was done. Again he did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Ray if you are in need of his service.

Advertises roof pressure washing service but dumps chemicals to clean roof instead of pressure washing. Chemical runoff from roof killed the grass and plants surrounding my home. Claims he can remove oil stains from driveway but cannot. Will not use this guy again. Save yourself a headache and hire a professional to pressure wash your roof.
