A few weeks ago, we experienced not one, but four separate leaks in our roof. While we were able to ascertain 'where' the leaks were located, we didn't have the expertise to repair it as a DIY solution. We contacted no less than five roofing repair companies, via telephone, email and various online service portals (Angie's List, et al). After multiple attempts over ten days to get at least one company to return our brief, detailed request, two replied: one emailed us and said, ""we're too busy; try us again in August,"" and the second reply resulted in a 'roof inspection' visit three days later. After receiving an 'on-the-spot' verbal estimate (with what we considered quite high), and a 'demand' for 50% upfront with no written contract, we discovered they had no insurance. (Note: do not ever allow someone on your roof w/o insurance). We were now back at 'square one.' Then, two days thereafter, we found Terry and Raycon. I called him at 1pm and he said he'd take a look at the end of the day. He arrived a few hours later. To be brief: Terry was professional and friendly and while he didn't have us scheduled, he scaled the roof, assessed all four areas AND FIXED them all over the course of the next ninety minutes. Perfectly done along with good conversation. Exemplary work ethic and incredible individual. We only gave 5 Stars, but I could write another review about his explanation of the leaks and award 5 more Stars.
