Called last week, August 23, 2017 and got an answering service (live person). Gave her all my information and never received any call back as of the 29th. Her last question was why I was choosing Raven and I indicated that I like to keep my business local...guess that was not the smart move.

I couldn't get anyone to call me back. I had a bid from my realtor in hand wanting to actually give them my money. Two emails and two phone calls and no one will return my messages! They don't want your business.

It appears they use an answering service that clearly doesn't work as well. The two phone calls I actually talked to a live person and still couldn't get them to call me back.

Came out the same day as called. Identified the leak and fixed the problem area and surrounding areas. Matched the shingles and it looks great! I will have him do my new house if he's available. Thanks again!
