After first heavy rain this winter in so cal, we discovered there's leak in one of my rental properties. The owner of the business was prompt to calls and followed up on work as exactly stated despite short notice o I gave due to upcoming rain in a few days again. I was given pictures of before and after work that looked legit. The price seemed reasonable, too. The roof was fixed just in time before next rain came and the leak is repaired. If I have roof repairs or re-roofing, I would hire them again. Thank you

So because of the winds, my roof had some damage with a piece falling off that I had no idea where it belonged. I called and left a voice mail and Ryan got back to me so fast and was so accommodating in finding time in his schedule to come by and take a look the same week. Literally hopped up onto the roof and handled it in the same visit, which was a huge relief. Thank you Ryan for coming out so quickly and help us fix our roof. Your honestly, professionalism and great customer service left us really impressed.

We contacted a couple of companies to come check out our roof as a tile had fallen off. Our house is a fairly new construction, less than 10 years old. One company even told us we needed repairs in excess of 1k.

Ryan came out and inspected our roof and told us everything was fine and we just needed to replace the fallen tile. He came back an hour later and did the work.

I needed a complete roof replacement, and got a couple of quotes. Rational Roofing came in at a very reasonable price, moved quickly, and completed the job with excellent quality. They have the required certifications for the corning materials and for installation. Various crews came out over the course of a few days removed the old roof, repaired old and damaged areas, and installed the roof, exactly as planned. They cleaned up after each day, and did an excellent job. Responsive and good communication.
