I first came to know Raptor Roofing after purchasing a home where the prior owners had selected them to replace a highly challenging roof. I found them to be very responsive and helpful with any questions I had prior to and after the close. Later on, I needed a new roof and gutters for another home that I was occupying and gave them a call. They were hands-down the most responsive and client-service oriented of any of the roofing companies I contacted. I wanted to change the color and type of roof while also making major changes to my gutters and attic ventilation. Derek went out of his way to help me understand my options and make the best selections, and was very patient with my decision-making process. The communication was always quick and direct, and when it came time for install, they were professional, worked quickly, and were very thorough in their clean-up. My new roof and gutters look fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. They helped significantly improve the curb appeal of my home, the ventilation in my attic, and the flow of water off of my roof. In addition, they were able to help me stretch the insurance dollars to achieve all that I was hoping for with this replacement. Raptor Roofing will continue to be my first call going forward.

Dana Gregory of Raptor roofing is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. He never keeps any commitment he makes. He will seeet talk you into business with him and once in He will be extremely difficult to get hold of. He will ignore you phone calls and messages. Dan and Raptor Roofing did an absolutely incredible job on our roof, and home construction, which was quite extensive. I am very detail oriented and Dan ensured everything from our roof, paint, fencing, and windows was completed to my satisfaction. Dan also managed everything with our home insurance company, and was able to acquire more funds to ensure we were completely taken care of. I highly recommend Raptor!

This company came to my house and got on my roof without my permission and while nobody was home. Keep in mind this is on a day when we are still under a winter weather advisory with ice still on the roof and only days after a hail storm. Saw them on my ring camera and they said they were given permission by me and gave me some fake phone number they said I called them from. I asked if I was the only person in the neighborhood they came out for and they said yes, except I watched them pull the same thing on other houses while watching them on my ring camera. It is illegal to get on someones property without their consent and without them home. When confronted they got defensive, aggressive and called me a liar.

I really liked Dan when he came out to take a look at the existing roof on our house. I received two other quotes and Raptor roofing was the middle price. However I was so impressed with Dan and the company that I called him and told him the situation. He said he would beat the other quote by $100 and he did it! I have referred Raptor roofing and construction to friends and I plan on using them again for some windows in the near future. If I could give them six stars I would.

Black sludge began being deposited on our shower floor and dishwasher from our hot water line. Raptor's owner came out and under reported the problem to our home warranty and then ignored my attempts to get clarification on the work order.

Perhaps he is just milking the $75 Co-pay home warranty policy as he doesn't actually appear to be a plumber.

I'll make this quick! This is a top notch company that does proven work. They did repairs on my roof after a poor install by a different company the year before. That poor work was easily seen once pointed out and they took the time to fix it for me. I tried to save a few dollars instead of hiring the right company. This is easy, call Raptor if you need work on your roof.

The team that worked on our roof were very nice and did an amazing job cleaning up not only the stuff in our yards, but also what blew into our neighbors yards. The roof looks great!
