I highly recommend this company. They responded to my call immediately and scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate to replace missing roof shingles. The roofer took several photos of the roof area to be repaired and inspected the entire roof. They provided photos of all the areas in need of repair and provided an estimate. They were able to perform the repairs the same day quickly and efficiently. After completion of the work the roofer provided further photos of the completed repairs. They were fast, professional and courteous.

I highly recommend Rapid Roofers for any roofing job. Troy responded quickly to my initial call, and came out to inspect my roof the very next day. He gave me a quote for my roof repairs at the end of his inspection. The work was done 2 days later.
Very prompt, professional, friendly and a fair price.

This company cares. Had a problem with rain leaking into sunroom windows so requested service. The issue was due simply to debris buildup in a roof valley - no repair was necessary. The technician noticed a completely unrelated problem and fixed it before any damage was done avoiding a huge future headache! The cost was *very* reasonable and I will be working only with this roofing company going forward.

I will first like to start off with Thanking Mr. Dailey and his Team for Good, Excellent Service and for going beyond their job description. I am in the Military and is station in Hawaii, my house is in Covington GA. I contacted Rapid Roofers through ""HomeAdvisor"" after getting frustrated because no one wanted to do the job because I was not in the area. This incident happened since 13 September 2017, another Company started but did not continue, I tried calling and texting and they did not respond. Mr. Dailey responded Tue 5 Dec 2017, started and finish the job 10 Mar 2018, which also include fixing inside ceiling due to water damages, and going back and forth with the insurance company.
What amaze me is that Mr. Dailey help me through fighting the mortgage company, completed the job by buying the materials for replacing a new roof also materials for the inside ceiling and NEVER MEET ME, but what was more amazing HE NEVER RECEIVED NOT 1 penny as payment from me. Mr. Dailey received his first check in June 2018, after the checks keep getting lost in the mail, collected the second check Sep 2018, and we're now heading to Nov where he'll most likely collect his 3rd and final check.
I am always hearing people thanking me for my selfless service because of my Military obligation to serve my Country. But this is what you call ""SELFLESS SERVICE"" doing a job for a total stranger that you've never meet, not receiving any money, but on top of that spending money to purchase the product to get the job done........ I complained to the BBB and Mr. Dailey responded with photos that he ALTERED. What is it that he's trying to cover up by photoshopping these pictures?In these photos you can clearly see the water marks coming down the vent pipe that goes through the ceiling. Mr. Dailey says the water was from my air conditioning unit. I had my furnace checked and was told the leak would have come from the bottom of the unit, not the top and only if it was running. I was not running air conditioning in the middle of the winter. There is much more to this story, but too much to list. I cannot recommend Rapid Roofers. I find him and his work ethics to be untruthful and dishonest. Look at review on Angie's List to see pictures submitted.

I had a time scheduled on a Wednesday from 9-10am for someone to come by and look at a leak in my roof. I took the morning off of work and waited till 9:30am and still hadn't heard anything. I called their public number 4 times between 9:30am and 9:50am and there was no answer. Finally at 9:50am someone from their dispatched called me and said she would check in with the scheduled roofer. She called back 5 minutes later and said he was busy and asked how 1:30pm. At that point I had to go to work so she said the roofer would call me later that day to reschedule. He didn't call back until the next morning at 9:30am. At this point I am giving up on this company and going to find another company.
