I had Donovan come repair two spots on my roof that were leaking. He did so for an overpriced amount and I had leaks afterwards and contacted him and he said I will come look at it and never answered me again.
I since contacted him with more issues that came from work that he did and now have NEW leaks stemming from vents that he put in but he refuses to contact me back about this. I would be very wary about this if I were you.

Donovan was fast, reliable and professional. He came out one day to measure the facia (1 piece 10 feet long) and look at the design and came back the next day (in the rain) and installed it. He did an excellent job in a short period of time since I called him. This was a relatively small job and he treated it like a large one. I definitely would recommend him!

Be very careful in dealing with Donovan. He agreed to repair my leaking EPDM roof on my enclosed porch for an agreed upon price of $495. His repair resulted in worse leaks in the areas he was hired to repair. He agreed to come out again after I contacted him two times and attempted a second repair. My roof is now leaking all along the perimeter which where he ""sealed"" it as well much worse leaking in the areas that he was supposed to repair. My third attempt to get him to come out was basically ignored. He did call and say he would be out but never came out and never called again. The leaks are extreme and resulted in about 2 inches of water that came pouring in the roof during the last rain storm. I had professional roofers out to review the work and they are telling me that they cannot repair what was done and that this repair was not appropriate and I now have to put a new roof on for $5000. I texted Donovan and told him what happened and his excuse was that he used some Flex Seal I gave him and this trapped water under the roofing which caused the leaking, and furthermore that he did not warrant his work. Unlikely this was what happened since the leaking only occurs when it rains and resulted in two inches of water on the floor. I could clearly see the water leaking in and have a video. I asked him to repay half of the $495 I gave him (he does not accept credit cards--only cash or check) . He then said he had spent $200 on supplies to repair the roof, clearly none of which worked, but only the Flex Seal was to blame, not the lack ability to handle this repair, and he would reimburse $100. I told him I would settle for $150.00 which was a big reduction from my original request, and he told me he would only repay $125.00. I did not accept this since I had to endure and clean up a complete mess and he was not accepting any responsibility for the resulting serious repercussions his ""repairs"" caused. I decided I would take him to court to recoup the entire $495, plus damages. I want him to not do this to anyone else. In my opinion, this is not how honest, knowledgeable professionals conduct business.
