I feel like my review is long overdue. We got our windows replaced and roof done with Raneri and Long. Every single person I spoke with and interacted with was so respectful and knowledgeable. Debbie in the office is clear and concise with setting appointments and following through on guarantees. Yes my job had some hiccups; the estimate didn't come when expected and I needed to follow through a couple times. The window install team called to let me know they were not going to be able to complete my job due to being held up at another one an hour or so after I expected them. One window broke on the way to my job. There was some damage to my ductwork after the roofing job. However, all jobs will probably have some type of hiccup but the team at Raneri and Long made sure to address any problem that arose far beyond my expectations. The owner himself personally reached out to me twice to address the problems and saw to it that the damage to my ductwork was fixed. He also sent a check refunding the service call required for my AC unit. Let me tell you- there was no arguing or any back and forth, he simply corrected the issue within 48hours after my call!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done to their homes. I see horror stories about leaking roofs after paying so much to get them done. My roof does not have that problem thankfully, it just looks amazing and I really appreciate the quality of work done by Raneri and Long.

I called to and set up and appointment with this company.After the visit from the estimator Dave I never heard back from this company again, I called a good handful of times for me to get the quote / proposal. I was told by the receptionist that she / or the estimator (Dave) was gonna call me directly. I gave my cell phone number and email almost 4 weeks after me waiting for one final quote from this company, finally I called today to get a follow up, the receptionist said that the estimator Dave was not interested in giving us a proposal. A phone call would have been helpful after so long just to let us know of that. I'll take my business somewhere else. I found this company on Yelp and read good reviews from this company but now I'm starting to think that they only provide business to certain people. Don't waste your time with this company if they are not interested they will just blow you off.

This is an incredible company with honest and genuine people who love their job and want to make you fully satisfied with their products and services and it all starts from Dave the owner. Over the past couple of months they replaced our roof, installed beautiful windows, and added gutters for protection.

Dave came out numerous times to go over the process of each project and answered all of our questions with sincerity and integrity. The team leaders Mike and Rodrigo did an excellent job of managing the projects. Debie provided first-rate customer care at the office. She would frequently call to provide timelines, updates, but most of all just to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. Richard was also a delight to work with. Bottom line each encounter was a positive one and each employee was kind, courteous, and professional.

We are very happy with the finished products and apparently so are our neighbors. Many have approached to inquire which company did either our windows or roof. In fact, just last week we saw Raneri and Long doing a roof job just a few houses down the street.

It's always a comfort to know there are honest and hardworking companies out there wanting to earn your trust and satisfaction. You can definitely add Raneri and Long Roofing & Solar to that list.

This company is absolutely the best!!! We had roofing issues due to poor solar installation done by solar company (stellar solar ). We had several roofing companies come out and decided to go with Raneri and Long based on credentials and years of service experience. We are so happy to have chosen this outfit. We are pleased with the end result of our new beautiful roof as well as the stability and guarantee of our re- installed solar panels. We ultimately contracted them to do our gutters because it just made sense and we are glad . We knew what to expect and the service that came with this outfit. 5 stars all the way!!! Raneri and Long definitely makes the customer come first in regards to installation needs, design as well as open communication with the office and the supervisors. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a solar and or roofing company to check these guys out, you won't regret it. I definitely spent money, but I'm totally happy and smiling that I did spend it on these guys. Thank you Raneri and Long.

I couldn't believe how fast they showed up, and in a really busy time of wind and rain storms. When they say they will call back, they will! They gave my repair work immediate attention, as if it was the biggest job ever. Raneri and Long just completely redid our roof. We have had problems in the past, flat roof, so I really wanted to have our roof done right the first time. Dave, the owner, had come out and done some repairs before, so I knew that they would do a good job with the whole roof. They are professional and dealt with every singe one of my concerns.
