Sadly this company's problems lies with its very sloppy & inexperienced employees. They cut every corner they could. Said they would use hurricane clips on the decking, they put a few in obvious places, but didn't do it everywhere. Said they would replace any decking that showed signs of previous water damage, but they didn't even pull up the old felt to inspect the decking! Shingled over the original, wrinkled roofing felt, leaving obvious waves. Many of the decking boards should have been replaced due to getting wet previously and are now swelling and covered in mold. They were supposed to strengthen the rafters in the attic due to changing the roof design from a hip style to a gable roof front. See photos for how poorly it was done. In less than 3 months, the shingles were cracking and dried out. The roof isn't sufficiently supported and has lines where it is sagging and caving in. Randy came out to look at it and said, ""Well, its too late to do anything about that now."" There are rafters spliced together with one nail holding it together. They didn't put the house wrap on correctly around the dormers (which were also very poorly constructed) and it leaked, causing mold to grow all over the ceiling. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Randy's Roofing for ANY job whatsoever.

I used Randy's recently for a complete redo of the outside of my home in Corpus Christi. This is not a company that dodges phone calls or fails to show up on time. They are very dependable and honest. I would have given them 5 stars except for some damage that one of the sub-contractors did. Randy fixed the problem quickly--am very pleased with the job and plan to use them for a future bathroom remodel.

After the hail damage 2 years ago in Orange Grove they redid my roof and siding. Dependable & honest. They even fixed issues the previous roof job missed and that roof was only 4 years old. Thanks!
