Called Suzie, Randy Sr. came out to the house and inspected my attic for a leak coming from the roof, he identified the problem, then sent his son Randy Jr. to come out and make the repairs. I am totally satisfied with their service. Now i know who to call when i have a problem with my roof, i just hope it will be awhile though :)

Getting a roof can be a stressful project. For anyone who can u trust who going to do it right. I had got 6 estimates from different companies. This family owned and operated business is by far the BEST roofing company in this area. They are honest, hardworking, kind and knowledgeable.

They helped us out by coming out and leak proofing our roof before the next rain since the original roofer left our roof uncovered and we had leaks from a few rain storms....Randy also gave me a very FAIR AND REASONABLE quote to finish our roof with a SUPER labor and materials warranty : )

Randy's Classic Roofing did a reroof job replacing all the felt paper on my tile roof. The crew was very professional and friendly. My home was in need of a new roof since the original asphalt shingle roof was hitting the 30 year mark. After months of researching and getting numerous quotes, Randy's Classic Roofing gave me the most competitive quote with a great warranty. Randy Jr. came out and worked hard to make sure my roof was installed correctly. There were a few delays due to Covid-19 related issues (the city took a while to come out for the inspection), but Randy and Suzie kept me informed throughout the process. Sadly, I didn't get the same service as most of these reviewers. I scheduled a morning appointment, and no one bothered to show up. Not even a phone call to explain or reschedule. I have to take time off work for appointments, so I expect people to be respectful of my time. I don't know whether it was due to miscommunication or just being unorganized, but in either case it is no way to treat a potential customer. I have found a different contractor for my project.
