I called Manny and he came the next day to give me an estimate. He was friendly and polite. He asked for my email, so he could send me an estimate in a day or two. I followed up twice over the next two weeks and he never sent me the estimate or responded to my messages.

He did previous work on the home's roof for the previous owner's and his work has stood the test of time but disappointing that he did not follow through and provide an estimate. When I called to setup appointment for the estimate, I told him it was only a garage roof repair. If the job was too small or he wasn't interested in it, I wish he would have said that from the beginning.

RANCHO MIRAGE ROOFING deserves 10+ stars! After discovering a roof leak after heavy rain I went online to search for a roofing company. The first one I called .... no answer during business hours. The second one I called was booked out 2 weeks for an estimate. I then came across some great reviews on Nextdoor for RANCHO MIRAGE ROOFING. I contacted Manny and he came out when promised and inspected our roof. A couple days later his guy was here and fixed our roof! Never had this kind of exceptional service! Thank you Manny for your honesty and integrity which goes a long way! You're awesome!

Can't say enough about how great working with Manny was. Super reliable, super responsive and he handled all the work. Manny was quick to get to the house and provide great updates via the phone, sending pictures, etc... His team did great work and got the roof repaired ASAP. All while we were away. We received quotes from many roofing contractors and we chose Rancho Mirage Roofing because of their excellent reputation and fair pricing. Manny kept us informed every step of the way and his top notch crew thoroughly cleaned up after each work day, making sure there was no debris or nails.

Manny guaranteed from the very start that we would love our new roof and I'm happy to report we actually do love the roof. Not only does it look fantastic, but our home is so much cooler with the new foam roof.

We are now huge fans of Rancho Mirage roofing and we feel confident that we now have the best roof possible.

I called Manuel about a patch needed for my foam roof. It was a small job but he arrived on time the next day and gave me a quote. His worker Frank came out a few days later and completed the patch within an hour. I climbed up on the roof and spoke with Frank as he was working. He took the time to explain his process, describing the several layers needed to make the repair. I appreciated him taking the time to walk me through what he was doing. Great work. Thank you both.

AMAZING! As a contractor it is nice to have another contractor you can count on to showup and get the job done. Manuel and his guys come through everytime. They never disappoint. If you are looking for a roofing company, look no more!

Manuel is amazing! He was able to check my house the next day and was honest about what work it actually needed. Manuel showed up on time for estimate and seemed friendly enough. Told me he would give me estimate for minor roof repairs later that day (on a Friday) or by the following Monday. That was almost 2 weeks ago. He never responded. He did not respond to several voicemails. He has not responded to 2 emails either. He essentially ghosted me and disappeared with no communication.

FYI.

He came with high recs but did not follow through and left me hanging. Let the buyer beware.

I had this company come out to give an estimate for a complete new roof. He showed up on time for the estimate but after that it was not good. I never received the estimate, when I called and left a message I never got a call back. I called a second time and there was no answer, I received a text saying he would call me later, nope never received a call. Very poor service.

Wow, so wonderful to have such an honest company came to look at our roof and put a missing shingle back and say everything looks great and your roof should last a few more years. If you are looking for roofers you can trust, call this company!
