Ram did NOT present a quote that was even close to acceptable. Having just retired from my own roofing company, I knew ALL of the requirements involved, and it felt like RAM was trying to capitalize on the restrictions caused by the pandemic. I found a trustworthy company who did an excellent job in all facets for much less than RAM'S quote. And you ask me for a review on your work? Maybe pulling your head out from your butt would be a great start.

The owner contacted me after reading a very honest and truthful review I posted about Rams Roofing He used a different mobile number than before. He didn't apologize for the no shows and instead tried to verbally force me to remove my review and told me he has lawyers. I politely told him as a customer we're allowed to post reviews. He mentioned the installers could still come to my home and still do the installations. I told him I already hired another company and he had the audacity to ask me who it was. He claimed the installers were a no show last time due to rain. It did not rain on the day of install (August 28, 2021) and I never received a phone call the installers we're not going to show up. He also claimed it wasn't Rams Roofing LLC I had worked with. Attached are pictures of Rams Roofing truck and the installers with Rams Roofing shirts in front of my home. This is one of the days the installers showed up to install the gutters and were unable to because the fascia work was never completed. The pictures were taken with my security camera. This is a very unprofessional company.

We just had our old shingle roof replaced with a metal one by Ram Roofing.
What a great job. We were treated quite fairly from the start. The salesman Jose was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Their workers were very respectful and did an excellent job. They picked up every little scrap and finished by cleaning any footmarks or smudges on the roof and the flashing.
Gotta give them A+++.
