Ramon's representative, Nelson, took our information attentively and quickly scheduled a free estimation meeting. Ramon came and assessed our situation with no fanfare, embellishment or sales jargon. He was professional, courteous, direct and informative. He provided photographs of similar work he had done and had no issue pointing out the problems he saw with our roof (which had exposed wood panels). From there, he and his crews provided no-nonsense service, on-time, and easy communication, that did not disrupt our days or disturb our neighbors. November 8th 2024 I gave Ramon my final payment for the completion of a new roof on my commerical property. This was a big job and Ramon was there to supervising and working with a large crew of men. Everything went smoothly without a problem....very happy with his work and timely manner to finish the work and have the city final inspection done.

I've had Ramon and his team work on my house a couple of times already, due to several leaks - especially during these past heavy rain storms. Each time he's provided a fair quote and clearly explained the repair needed to fix the various leaks. He's accommodating in that he won't push for a complete roof repair if it isn't totally necessary or within your budget at the time.
He's quick to respond to communications and his team of workers are courteous and clean up properly when they're done with the job.
