Scumbag contractor. Overcharged by thousands and then put a lien on my house when he didn't get paid within 1 week from completion, due to his work failing the mortgage and insurance company inspections. Even his employees admitted he cheats customers and is a chronic liar. He even tried to charge $100,000 to renovate the interior of a small 2 bed unit. This con-artist should not be in business, but in jail. AVOID.

I'd highly recommend this business especially to anyone looking for roof work to be done, my parents were in a tough situation following Hurricane Ian & the overall experience working with Ramon homes & remodeling was 10/10. They came out & provided great service/communication to start the process & then the actual roof&gutter work done was equally as great. We did a shakewood colored architectural roof & are extremely happy with it. Thanks for the quality experience at a time when it's hard to find quality honest work.

The grey home with the RV garage was just finished in late August of 2022. It has only been 3.5 months since our elderly mom moved into this home and she cannot even step outside to walk her yard. Contractor uses ""horrible"" graders, who have destroyed my lawn, did not compact soil, and dirt has washed out completely. My roof has 3 small areas where there is leakage and despite 8 calls and texts, he is now completely ignoring his responsibility of honoring our warranty on the roof. When he was called or texted by me, his response was to provide me with the contact number or the workers he used and I have to get this resolved on my own, instead of doing it himself, as the contractor he is and got licensed for. He did get paid.....he is supposed to take care of this! The A/C company he used was No Sweat Heating & Cooling, owned by Troy (personal friend) is now behind bars. Most of the workers he utilized in the construction of this home were personal friends, acquaintances he knew. I am now left with an A/C that no-one is able to honor with warranty and is not working as it should. This contractor is very negligent and I am actually seeking legal action against him at this point. He is taking advantage of unsuspecting home owners right now due to hurricane Ian. He and his company are utilizing his brother's roofing experience (from GA) to repair roofs, be careful, when something goes wrong he will not back up his warranties. He is full of empty promises that will only empty out your pockets or your insurance pockets. This house was our entire savings, a home built for our elderly mom in her late 80's and it is shamefull and negligent that he cannot back up any repairs he, as the contractor is supposed to.....he wants us to call the workers he hired to try and fix issues ourselves instead of dealing with the repairs and taking care of what he promised us himself. It's completely ""SHAMEFUL"" that he is utilizing pictures of this home, my home to try and get more business. This review is not even worth one star. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!!

I reached out to this business on a Sunday no doubt and the answer service called back within 1/2hrs and took my msg. I told them I needed the floor in at this point this week knowing that prolly cant happen! I explained our friend stiffed us and the room had been empty for 6 weeks waiting on him!
A lady Maggie from Ramon's Remodeling called back and said it would be difficult to find someone in 5days!! She called back after and had a man that was able to do it Wed!!!! What a miraculous happening!!! They didn't know us at all and went over and above their potential to make this happen!!!! I will use and refer them to everyone and there isn't enough space here to express my gratitude for them!!!
